I want to sincerely thank your company for yet another outstanding job! In 2021, your team installed a new garage door in our home, replacing the original door that sounded like a WWII German Tiger tank in operation. Ever since, the new door has worked flawlessly. Just yesterday, my wife's remote stopped working. We changed the batteries, but unfortunately, it still would not connect with our garage opener. While trying to reprogram it, I accidentally erased all the memory, which rendered all of our remotes, wall mounts, and keypads inoperable.
