I am very pleased with the service provided to my husband and I today. Dylan serviced our garage door, installed a new keypad, and even showed me how to program the opener in my car! He was very prompt and extremely professional!! The price was very reasonable as well!! Precision will always have our business.

They were awesome from start to finish. Daron came to give us a quote on a new door. It was a great price-much lower than their competitors-and he answered all my questions-which is always alot. They were straightforward and gave us the best price the first time-as we checked with others to make sure we were diligent about getting the best door/price/business. When we made our choice, I contacted Daron who was so easy to get ahold of, talk to and get the door ordered. The office was easy to speak with and easy to contact. They were happy to let me know where our door was in the process and when to expect it. Casey, the installer, and the guy helping him (I can't remember his name right off) were polite, efficient and did a great job! The door is gorgeous and sooooooo quiet. We are so glad we contacted Precision. We would highly recommend. Great price, great door, great people.

Precision has repaired our garage door a few times through the years & have always been professional & personable. Christian repaired our door yesterday; he was nice, let me know he was on his way, relayed the cost up front & I am happy with both Precision & Christian.

We had a spring break on Sunday afternoon and were able to get someone out the following day for a repair. Christian made everything smooth and was very helpful. He inspected everything, provided me repair options and quotes, and was in and out within an hour. We'll definitely be returning for future garage door needs.

The serviceman Blake was there when I got home. Very polite, friendly and professional.
