I had the pleasure of working with Daren D. for a garage door service. He arrived on time, and immediately got to work. He took the time to explain what the issue was and what caused it. He also provided options to have the issue resolved. Once the work was complete, he made sure the door was operational cycling it multiple times and making sure I didn't have any questions or other concerns. They were awesome from start to finish. Daron came to give us a quote on a new door. It was a great price-much lower than their competitors-and he answered all my questions-which is always alot. They were straightforward and gave us the best price the first time-as we checked with others to make sure we were diligent about getting the best door/price/business. When we made our choice, I contacted Daron who was so easy to get ahold of, talk to and get the door ordered. The office was easy to speak with and easy to contact. They were happy to let me know where our door was in the process and when to expect it. Casey, the installer, and the guy helping him (I can't remember his name right off) were polite, efficient and did a great job! The door is gorgeous and sooooooo quiet.
