⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend Even though I live north of Georgetown, I reached out to Precision Garage Door of Lexington based on several recommendations—and I’m very glad I did. Scheduling the appointment online was quick and easy. They confirmed the appointment, sent a message when the technician was on the way, and arrived exactly on time. That was a great start. A couple of years ago I had the door repaired by another company. This time I fully expected that I would need to replace the entire door. When the technician arrived, he carefully inspected the door and all of the hardware. Much to my surprise, he told me the door itself was still in good shape and that only the rollers and hardware needed to be repaired/replaced. He walked me through his recommendations and provided three repair options, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. Since I didn’t have to replace the door, I decided to go ahead and upgrade my garage door opener. Again, he provided several options and clearly explained the differences between them. Dylan Davis was the technician, and his product knowledge was exceptional. Dylan and his partner completed the repairs and installed the new opener in just a couple of hours.
