My appointment was scheduled online early morning as the door would not open and my car was being held hostage! The office called me as soon as it opened and confirmed the appointment within the immediate two hour window for that day. How unbelievable was that! The technician called to introduce himself and notify me that he was in transit, along with the appointment time and his picture. His name is Matt Robert, and I highly recommend him to do any repair service on your garage door. He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and explained the all details clearly for easy understanding. He worked in a timely fashion and cleaned up after completion. He was polite, courteous, and I appreciated his friendly manner he had with my son, who has Down Syndrome. Our garage door now opens easily, consistently, and is extremely quiet. I have lived in this house twelve years and never knew this door could be so quiet! It was a pleasure meeting Matt and receiving his highly quality of work.
