I was not familiar with Precision Garage Door Service but was in a pinch and the previous company I worked with was not immediately available. I ended up needing a new door and motor and Precision was extremely easy to work with. Their communication, scheduling and pricing were excellent and they were early for the initial consult. When I made the decision on a new door, I expected to have to wait a week to get on their calendar. They installed the new door and motor on the same day. Very impressed with their service and communication and highly recommend!

Matt was absolutely great!! He called ahead to come earlier than scheduled since he didn’t have any earlier appointments, which worked out great for me! He assessed my door and had an estimate within 15 minutes. Gave me three different options depending on what I wanted fixed. I went ahead and upgraded all of the moving parts on the garage along with the broken spring that he had came for. It’s so much quieter now and he was very friendly and professional! Highly recommend!
