My 30 year old main spring snapped at 5pm, and Precision Door was here at 8am the very next morning to repair it. They were very courteous and professional, telling me what they needed to do ahead of time, giving us three prices on repair plus warranty levels, and carefully measuring and preparing for the job of replacing the main spring. After replacement and balancing the door, they instructed on maintaining the new spring. We are so fortunate we chose Precision. Our repair is like having a brand new door! We highly recommend Precision!

Where do I start… called and got a technician to my house same day. I received a call with updates on when the technician would arrive to quote the job. Plus, the technician, Kevin Jones, might be the best service technician I’ve received on any work/job. He was professional, efficient, and honest. This guy deserves a raise. I will not be calling anyone else when it comes to garage door service or installation. Don’t know if I get Kevin Jones next time, however all around great service.
