I was recommended to call Precision Door by a friend that advised me they do excellent work! I made an appointment and got one for the next day! The representative Matthew Ceravolo came to my home on the time he told me. He inspected the problem on my garage issues and I received the estimate after he did the inspection. He was very professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and he did an Excellent job in repairing and exchanging my garage to a Precision Door Motor! I truly loved it and it’s so quiet. He also email me a pre estimate on future repairs for me garage! I definitely recommend Precision Door ! Excellent company! Thank you so much !

They originally set up an appointment between 4 and 6 PM on Monday, but on Monday I got a call and the appointment was changed from 12-2 on Tuesday. I asked would they be able to fix the door on Tuesday I was told yes but when the guy came out he gave me a price of 650.00 but he could not fix it until Saturday. When I complain the guy told me they would come out between 8-10 on Wednesday. The man was there for 45 minutes after running 45 minutes late and charged me 650.00 I know that’s their price but I had a garage door man fixing a door across the street and he gave me a price of $375.00 to repair the doorf. I believe precision took advantage of us. Shop around before you let precision do your work.

We did not have a good experience with Precision Door. The customer service communication was horrible. My first appointment was cancelled but we had to call to find that out not the other way around. The second appointment was reschedule for three weeks later. We were told that it was pushed so far out because the job required two people to do the install . The thing about that is when the installer came out it was just one person. We do have to give five stars to Sean the installer. He did an excellent job.

l had a complete overhaul of 2 garage doors. Everything except the doors and tracks was replaced. It was quite pricey, but it seems to be a quality product. It was a very hot day, and it took the technician about 10 hours to complete the job. Maybe sending a second technician would have been a good idea. At the end of the job, the technician was very tired and the clean up was not as thorough as I would have liked. Screws that could have caused a flat tire were left on the floor and in the driveway, and dirty hand prints on doors.

Your technician Matthew did not impress me at all. When he came in first thing he starts doing is measuring the garage door looking at all the rollers and other parts associated with the door and taking all kinds of pictures of everything on the door. I told him I had no issues with the door and hardware itself, my problem was with the garage door opener itself, the travel along the screwdrive was only about 8 inches and then it would reverse itself and stop. He looked reluctant to work on the garage door opener itself. He had to run to the truck to call someone at the office for advice with the opener. He said he's not familiar with Craftsman door openers. He ended up calling the lift Master technical support and told them of the problem I was having and they couldn't seem to be of any help either. I told him that I had changed the rpm sensor on the unit but that did not fix the problem, which was recommended in the troubleshooting guide. I thought he would have had replacement parts on his truck but he said that they don't carry parts for garage door openers on trucks that they have to order parts. It appeared to me that all he was trying to do was sell me a new garage door and that I was not interested, nor did I need a new door. It appeared to me he didn't have a clue as to how to repair garage door openers. So after he wrote me a bill for a service call he sat in his truck in front of my house for at least 1/2 hour then came to the door and asked if he could borrow my hose to put water in his truck because it was running hot, which was not a problem for me because I don't mind helping people who are in need of it.

The guy that came to install my Garage Door trim molding didn’t seem knowledgeable at all. I had to explain to him basic installation steps. His customer service was horrible. The guy that installed my motor a couple of weeks ago did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable. To bad I couldn’t get the original guy back.

I called Precision Garage Door Service after having a very disappointing experience with another local company. I am very happy I called Precision! The day after I called, Jacob came out and did the most thorough safety inspection of my garage door that I have ever experienced. He was professional and courteous, and explained everything in language that could be understood by a non-specialist. He was so knowledgeable and trustworthy that I followed his recommendations to repair my garage door properly. That same afternoon, the installer Wilson came out and did all the work in a matter of a couple of hours. WIlson was also professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. After he finished, he talked me through all the new features of the new install. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the work that Jacob and Wilson did. I give Precision a 5-star rating! This company clearly trains its employees very well. I recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done (small job or large) on a garage door.

I needed to replace the springs and cables on my garage door due to breakage. Devin and Matthew came out to assess the repairs and provided me with several quotes for different levels of repairs. I opted for upgrading my springs and rollers. Two days later Devin returned to perform the repairs and had all updated equipment installed and door working within 2 hours. Devin was very personable and professional. I could not be happier with the repair and equipment upgrade. I would definitely would recommend Precision Doors to friends and family.
