    Andrew, the technician who came out to inspect our door was knowledgeable and professional. It was determined that the would have to be replaced. Upon agreeing on cost, Precision Overhead Door Service (PODS) staff kept us appraised of door arrival status and worked on our schedule to set up the install. Install team phoned and arrived per agreed schedule. Wilson and Charles performed to high standards during takedown and installation. Prior to departing adjustments were made for proper operation and maintenance, we needed to perform, was throughly communicated. Will gladly recommend PODS in the future.

Wilson was on time for my installation appointment and instructed me on what I could do in my garage before his arrival that would make the installation smother. He was professional, considerate, through and honest throughout the entire appointment. After the installation he demonstrated to me on how the care for the door and cleaned up throughly before he left.
