I had an exceptional experience with Precision Garage Doors New Orleans. I had to call for repairs because my garage door wouldn’t go up, and it turned out to be a broken spring. What made the experience so great was that Derek and Brandon were able to complete the repairs immediately. All parts needed to complete the job were on the truck which made this process absolutely seamless. Scheduling was also simple and convenient. I appreciated receiving information about exactly which technician would be coming, along with their photo and a short bio—it made the process feel very transparent and professional. Derek and Brandon were upfront about pricing, with no hidden fees, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood all my options. They went above and beyond to help me find the most affordable solution without compromising quality. Both technicians were fast, thorough, professional, and kind. I felt completely confident in their work and never once felt taken advantage of. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this level of service deserves recognition. Good work but expensive.

My Installer/Tech Kris was extremely professional kind and efficient with his work. He is definitely a great representative of Precision garage door service. I would highly recommend this company & especially Kris as a Tech.

Appointment for door was very professional. Brad Cook did a great job on understanding how I’d like the installation to go. As my install was not a normal install. My design of the special made columns made it look like it was original. Brad and Nick were very professional and did a fantastic job. Door looks great. Couldn’t ask for a better job or better people to work with.
