Was very good at explaining what my iissue was as well as possible options i had for repairs. He also provided options on worn out key pad which we replaced. Technician: Austin A. Totally professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Explained I was looking to replace my 27-year-old Craftsman ½ hp chain driven door opener (still working) with a modern door opener. We discussed door opener options and agreed to one that would meet my needs. Austin conducted an inspection of the rails, rollers, door, and springs (installed by Precision in 2015). We agreed a door rebuild was warranted. In just about 3 hours, Austin had the opener installed and door upgrades completed. He then helped us reprogram our vehicles and tested each to ensure they properly worked. My wife and I could not be more pleased. The difference between a noisy door opener and garage door was like night and day. We had to keep checking to make sure the door opener was working as it is very quiet and the door now goes up and down without a sound. Thank you Austin for your outstanding job and thank you Precision for great and trustworthy service. (May 28, 2023)

We called Precision on a Friday after one of our garage door springs broke. They were able to schedule us an appointment for Sunday morning. Our technician, Austin, called ahead of time to confirm and showed up right at the beginning of our allotted time. Austin was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us a few recommendations and also some quotes with a few different options for our repair. We decided to replace the springs and the motor, as our system was very old. The price was fair and we were able to split the cost over three payments. Austin was very thorough with his installation and completed everything within a few hours. He clearly explained how the new system worked and how to maintain it. Overall, Austin was great, and he completed the work competently and efficiently while neatly cleaning his work area after he was done. We are very happy with our new garage door system, and I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism that Precision provided. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs you have.

No Confidence. Had a tech stop by and do an estimate, little more expensive than others but they were professional. Said the door was in stock, and installation was scheduled for Monday. That's where they dropped the ball! I took the day off, about mid-morning I called and I was not on the schedule. I took the rest of the day for someone to get back to me and all I got was an apology. No discount or anything for the inconvenience. They finally showed up the next day and completed the job. Tech did a good job. If you are considering them shop around, not the best value for what they charge. I get sick whenever I see the commercial on TV now!

Fantastic customer service means everything to me and that’s exactly what I got. Same day service is a must when you’re having a garage door issue and they were here in a matter of hours. I was impressed when I first called and they understood my issue. When Austin arrived he diagnosed the problem, offered me several options and I chose the one I felt best suited my needs and budget.
