I noticed that the bracket, inner top of garage door, looked like it was going to snap off. Called Precision (checked out reviews before calling) to get a quote for repair and a new door (just in case). I was able to get an appt the very next day. The tech, Bobby V., arrived and immediately started to diagnose the problem. My issue was fixable (no new door required) and to my surprise I could get it fixed on the spot. Bobby V. went over all that was needed, to include other recommendations and showed me the associated costs prior to starting the job. The work was completed in no time at all and everything was functioning as expected. Afterwards, he went over what was worked on again to ensure I was good with everything. The technician actually arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled. That was great. He was very friendly and explained everything that he found in need of replacement. He provided me with 2 quotes based on equipment. He completed the replacement of all components in a little over 1.5 hours. He provided a detailed explanation of everything.
