Jake worked efficiently with very little noise or disturbance to the family. He did a great job and the doors look fantastic. There was no mess left behind and we are very happy with the end result.

Ron was on time, courteous and very efficient. He gave me a clear explanation of recommended service options and the cost of each. The approved work was completed quickly and he even fixed an additional issue that was causing my door to make a noise. I would have given 5 stars if the cost was lower, but that’s not Ron’s fault.

Having moved to this property relatively recently, I called Precision Door Service, thinking to replace the garage doors. They didn’t work properly and sounded like they were on their last legs. Fortunately for me, technician Paul Moreira was sent to provide an estimate. Paul made a couple of adjustments, recommended I spray the tracks with WD40, and suggested I get new universal remotes compatible with my system. He also told me the doors were insulated, though it didn’t feel like it this winter. So all in all, he said the doors were in good shape and didn’t need replacing! Furthermore, I was not charged for his visit. So I can’t recommend Paul and Precision highly enough - thank you!

Ron arrived well before the scheduled time only 4 hours after I had initially called for service and was quick to assess the issue and get to work. He was done with everything within the hour and was kind, professional and fair. The service was well within budget and he did not push any extra unneeded services my way. I won’t go to anyone else again! Thank you very much.
