Eddy did a really nice job repairing my garage, and he was very polite. He called before he arrived, and he arrived when he said he would. I would definitely use him again. I did have a problem with a previously scheduled appointment - I waited four hours and no one showed up. It took three phone calls before someone told me the repairman wasn't coming because he had gone home sick. The first two people told me they would ask the repairman to call me. I did get a small discount for this, and I do appreciate that.

I received an appointment within three days. Eddie called ahead to let me know his arrival time within the agreed upon 12-4 window. He conducted thorough investigation to reinstall a roller that had fallen out in order to restore the garage door to maximum efficiency. He invested a good amount of time, was very polite and respectful. He also gave me some tips about how to do customer maintenance of the rollers. Call nobody else but Precision Garage Doors!
