I received an appointment within three days. Eddie called ahead to let me know his arrival time within the agreed upon 12-4 window. He conducted thorough investigation to reinstall a roller that had fallen out in order to restore the garage door to maximum efficiency. He invested a good amount of time, was very polite and respectful. He also gave me some tips about how to do customer maintenance of the rollers. Call nobody else but Precision Garage Doors! Then, a few weeks later I experienced a totally unrelated issue - They fixed it NO CHARGE!!!

I was locked out of my garage and needed help with access. Dylan was the technician who came. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was calm, kind, helpful, reassuring, professional, and offered creative solutions to the problem. Dillon was excellent. He showed up on time, was professional, walked me through all my options and completed the work timely.

In reverse chronological order: 1. Ron arrived on time and fixed the minor problem I had. It was an expensive fix , largely due to the service charge, because I was not knowledgeable about how the doors worked. The total experience was not overly costly because Ron fixed every little thing he could see. I am very satisfied. There are fake companies who install defective and unsafe systems. Precision is an honest company that tells you what it can do and then does it well. 2. I needed a repair of the track on one of the bays’ door and called Precision. Eddie came and did the repair quickly and well. I was once again quite happy with the experience. Of course had I been 20 years younger, in possession of all the tools Eddie had, as well as the parts needed, and had done this repair a few times already I would have DIY’d it. Precision stands out as an honest company that does a good job. 3. Ron arrived early. The right bay had a bad circuit board and the left bay needed a new rail. Ron did the work quickly and then performed a safety check and reliability check. He was done in a little over an hour. The work looked very good and I expect it will last for a good while. Work was done well and honestly.
