Precision Door Service of Hudson Mass was super responsive and helpful in responding to our urgent need for two new garage opener motors and a keypad. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Noah was thorough and efficient and pleasantly worked within our time constraints. He was very thoughtful and kind in engaging the homeowner and carefully explaining the scope of work to them.

The service and response was excellent, this was not an emergency call out so the final cost of over $400 for 45 mins to replace 2 cables. Seems a lot to me Eddie was very polite and efficient.

Excellent installation...the seal is so tight the temperature has increased substantially! Fantastic job, will always use them for our garages!

It took longer than I would have liked but the new door was installed and works fine. The man who gave me the estimate gave me the impression that the door, the rails and the motor would all be replaced. Only the door was replaced but is all that was needed. I was surprised that only one man came for the installation but he did the job quickly and neatly.
