I don’t often leave reviews but in this case I feel I must. Your technician, Ron Lecours, installed our new garage door opener last week. Not only did he install a great product but he did so with professionalism. He explained everything with clarity so that when he left, we felt confident that we knew how to use all the bells and whistles. In short, Ron is a keeper!

I had Dylan and Noah for a scheduled appointment to repair one of our garage door openers. I was impressed with the level of communication both before and during the appointment; they walked me through repair and replacement options, and the work was completed quickly. I'll be following up with Precision in the next year for replacement garage doors, but I highly recommend them for work on your doors.

He also helped me remove a mouse guard by the garage door that I installed improperly then couldn't remove myself - his help was very appreciated.
