Garage door opener stopped working after we installed a safety cable. Unlike other companies that just insist the only fix is to replace the whole thing (convenient for them since they would make lots of money), these guys actually fixed the thing while also telling me about the risks. When I do need a replacement, they’ll be the first place I go!

Eddy, first addressed the main issue that the door was having. Then, he listened other concerns that we had with our garage door system. With his diagnostics he was on spot. He addressed those minor issues as well and even showed us how to fix some estetic parts ourselves.

Having moved to this property relatively recently, I called Precision Door Service, thinking to replace the garage doors. They didn’t work properly and sounded like they were on their last legs. Fortunately for me, technician Paul Moreira was sent to provide an estimate. Paul made a couple of adjustments, recommended I spray the tracks with WD40, and suggested I get new universal remotes compatible with my system. He also told me the doors were insulated, though it didn’t feel like it this winter. So all in all, he said the doors were in good shape and didn’t need replacing! Furthermore, I was not charged for his visit. So I can’t recommend Paul and Precision highly enough - thank you!

Jake worked efficiently with very little noise or disturbance to the family. He did a great job and the doors look fantastic. There was no mess left behind and we are very happy with the end result.
