    Professionalism in a flesh. Precision Garage technician Dylan came on time, explained the problem simply, told me what he was going to do to correct the problem, and went on to fixing it. He also advised me on whether to replace a part — I chose not to since it was mostly cosmetic. Dylan was a great worker and I’d ask for him next time I need help from Precision Garage.

    I received an appointment within three days. Eddie called ahead to let me know his arrival time within the agreed upon 12-4 window. He conducted thorough investigation to reinstall a roller that had fallen out in order to restore the garage door to maximum efficiency. He invested a good amount of time, was very polite and respectful. He also gave me some tips about how to do customer maintenance of the rollers. Call nobody else but Precision Garage Doors! Then, a few weeks later I experienced a totally unrelated issue - They fixed it NO CHARGE!!!
