I am so happy I found Precision Garage Door Service! They were local, communicated who I should expect to see (and a picture to help identify), and they let me know when to expect him ahead of time. Then the technician also texted and called me to let me know exactly when he would arrive. Dylan was so pleasant, professional, proficient and transparent about what he would do before he did anything. He gave me options for future needs and quickly identified and repaired my "wonky" garage door openers (both wired and remotes). I have saved Dylan's contact information in my phone because now I know who to call! Thank you so very much!

We lost one of our motors as a result of a neighborhood lightning strike - called Precision Garage Door based upon a recommendation by one of our neighbors. Dylan, the technician who came out for the service, was professional, efficient, and courteous. He explained all our options in full detail making our decision easy as well as leaving us well informed in case we needed additional service or had questions or concerns in the future. I got locked out out of my garage door, because when precision install my garage door, they never connected the cable to disengage the door manually they did not want to take responsibility telling me that my motor was bad and they had to break the door and install a new one and they were going to charge me $850 dollars for there sloppy installation.

Eddie Torres, did a great job but unfortunately the doors were measured improperly and the job could not be completed because a new wider panel needs to be ordered. I stayed home all day and now need to be here again as you have a 4 hour window. I will leave you a star rating of 3 until the job is completed. Thanks and hopefully I will see you soon. Daryl did a great job with getting our (heavy) garage door back into operation. Rather than simply purchasing a single coil spring, he convinced me that it would be well worth it to do an overhaul (Springs, bearings, cables, drums, etc). He was thorough, quick and had everything picked up within an hour.

Our custom-sized, wooden garage door rotted and we needed to get it replaced. We called 3 different companies for estimates. Precision Doors was by far the most professional (and the only one to provide a written estimate for us). The came out and took the measurements. The technician then explained everything to us(what kind of door we'd be getting, what needed to be replaced, etc.) The installer showed up promptly at 8:00 am. He explained to me what he was going to do today and gave me an estimated time to completion. He finished right on time. He showed me everything he had done, how everything worked. Most importantly, he took away the old door/equipment and left the garage as clean as when he got there. We are very satisfied with our new door. Precision Door was by far the most professional of the 3 companies we called. We would highly recommend them for your garage door needs.
