I received an appointment within three days. Eddie called ahead to let me know his arrival time within the agreed upon 12-4 window. He conducted thorough investigation to reinstall a roller that had fallen out in order to restore the garage door to maximum efficiency. He invested a good amount of time, was very polite and respectful. He also gave me some tips about how to do customer maintenance of the rollers. Call nobody else but Precision Garage Doors!

I just had a repair done on my large garage door, and the installer/technician, Jim Goodine, was absolutely awesome. His work was impressive and truly high quality. Jim went above and beyond—he clearly cares about his work and about the customer. This was easily a 5 out of 5 experience. Precision Door Service of Hudson Mass was super responsive and helpful in responding to our urgent need for two new garage opener motors and a keypad. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Noah was thorough and efficient and pleasantly worked within our time constraints. He was very thoughtful and kind in engaging the homeowner and carefully explaining the scope of work to them.

This morning, literally the morning of this review, the tension spring of one of our garage doors snapped, locking my wife's car into the garage. With two kids that have appointments, preschool, etc., not to mention ourselves, we needed a fix as soon as possible. We couldn't even open it manually. We gave Precision Door Service a call and Dan was up at our house maybe an hour and a half later. Dan was respectful, polite, and understanding, all the qualities you'd want from someone working on your home; textbook gentleman. He offered us a few different options ranging from just replacing the spring, to a full service on both doors and did NOT try to push us on the latter. That's what my wife and I went with anyway (after a little back and forth) because if either of us were to get locked into the garage again, that would be a problem. The work was expensive, I'll be blunt it was NOT cheap, but, now we are set for years to come and if anything happens, Precision will be out to fix it no charge. Can you put a price on peace of mind? Not sure, I'll let someone else decide that, but there is some benefit in knowing that part of the home is set. The sudden cost aside because that's not a reflection on Precision Door, we are very happy with the work Dan performed, and how he treated us. He got to us fast and got our doors in tip-top shape in just a few hours. I would absolutely recommend Precision Door Service based on our experience.

Ron was great. Explained why my garage door opener wasn't working properly, fixed the problem, and couldn't have been more helpful with all my questions. If I ever have garage door or garage door opener issues, I now know who to call. Thanks again Ron!
