    It took longer than I would have liked but the new door was installed and works fine. The man who gave me the estimate gave me the impression that the door, the rails and the motor would all be replaced. Only the door was replaced but is all that was needed. I was surprised that only one man came for the installation but he did the job quickly and neatly.

    I received an appointment within three days. Eddie called ahead to let me know his arrival time within the agreed upon 12-4 window. He conducted thorough investigation to reinstall a roller that had fallen out in order to restore the garage door to maximum efficiency. He invested a good amount of time, was very polite and respectful. He also gave me some tips about how to do customer maintenance of the rollers. Call nobody else but Precision Garage Doors! Then, a few weeks later I experienced a totally unrelated issue - They fixed it NO CHARGE!!!
