Precision Garage technician/installer Patrick was professional courteous, and great to work with. He patiently answered questions and addressed concerns prior to installation. Installation completed in a timely manner. We had a slight issue after installation with the framework of the garage opening and Patrick came back on site and addressed that as well. I rarely give 5/5 but in this case I think it is deserved.

What started out as a simple service call ended up being a complete replacement of an EZ wind system. My technician provided superior advice on options. Spend money on a system that would eventually fail or have it replaced with a more dependable system. Obviously, I went with the technicians advice. The technician that came out to take a look at my broken spring did a very good job of explaining and showing me things that were wrong or could go wrong with my existing garage doors. The techs that came out to install my new doors were a little late but that's understandable in their business...not knowing how long each job takes.
