Alex, the service technician, arrived right on time as promised and provided a quote after completing the 25‑point inspection. The estimate was higher than I expected, but with winter approaching I decided to move forward with the work. Invoice Breakdown: • 10 Nylon Rollers – $290 • 1 Set of Cables – $175 • 1 Set of Powder‑Coated Brackets – $188 • 1 16‑FT Bottom Rubber Seal – $180 Total: $833 Alex finished the job in just over 30 minutes. While the work was completed efficiently, the overall price felt expensive for the time involved. My suggestion: if you’re not pressed for time, it’s worth getting a couple of quotes before committing.

James Magaard installed my new garage door opener and parts, two new rails and 10 nylon rollers, and removed/replaced my door seal. He went above and beyond my expectations by showing me the proper use and care of the system, and checked my electrical box to see if my garage door opener outlet was connected to a GFI. It wasn't, so he informed me that I needed to get an outlet surge protector (hardware store) in order to maintain the warranty in case of lightning strike or other power surge. I did this right away and I'm very grateful to James for all his work, and to Gregg Traylor also for his initial consultation. Thanks, guys!

The guys came when they said they would. Went right to work taking the old out and finished up earlier than expected. Picked up after themselves, it was cleaner than when they started lol. The new door is beautiful very very happy !

Was so glad to have Chuck come to address my concern re this issue. Sorry to have been bit of a pest re my calls but couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t getting the call I was told would be coming. I realize it was a busy time during extreme cold.

Same day service, they did a great job, and explained all of the options we could go with price wise. We chose to get everything done as it's pretty terrible when you can't get your garage door open to go anywhere. Also, we didn't want need to have them out again, we chose to have them do it right the first time.
