We were extremely impressed with Precision. We had a technician to our home and new doors ordered within the day. I think his name was Greg (I apologize if I’m wrong) but he was awesome. Personable, knowledgeable, and was not pushy or aggressive in the least. The 2 young men who installed them were also extremely pleasant and thorough. I also appreciated how sweet they were with my dogs (who are adorable but I’m biased😂), they didnt act annoyed like some people do (they are King Charles Cavaliers, small sweet dogs!) they engaged and rolled with it. I feel like these days it’s hard to get service like this, so we really appreciated it. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was wonderful. Thank you!

Chuck did an outstanding job replacing my garage door opener. He walked me through all my options without any pressure to choose the most expensive one, which I really appreciated. He also installed roller pads that transformed my garage door from loud and clunky to incredibly smooth and quiet. On top of that, he went above and beyond by tidying up the messy wiring left from when my garage was re-drywalled—neatly aligning and securing everything for a clean, polished look. I couldn’t be happier with the service!

Precision Garage Door literally saved us from a garage full of snow after a "mishap" that broke the garage door. A significant MN snowstorm was predicted within 3 hours. Repair appeared within an hour and a half! Door was repaired until a more complete fix could be arranged. No judgments offered regarding the "mishap!"
