This company positively ROCKS!!! I’ve utilized them twice now in the past 30-45 days and would gladly recommend them to anyone. First off it is their intention to service you the same day you set your appointment. Now THAT’s good customer service. That’s rare these days. My first issue was replacing the springs on the garage door. Had a wonderful technician that had me all set in under an hour. Very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up. My second experience was to replace the outdoor keypad and do a couple of other maintenance things. The technician’s name was Pat Bendel. Another pleasant and extremely helpful person who I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with and was all done in about 30 minutes. I give them an “A” with 5 stars trailing behind it!!! Well done! 👍
