James Magaard installed my new garage door opener and parts, two new rails and 10 nylon rollers, and removed/replaced my door seal. He went above and beyond my expectations by showing me the proper use and care of the system, and checked my electrical box to see if my garage door opener outlet was connected to a GFI. It wasn't, so he informed me that I needed to get an outlet surge protector (hardware store) in order to maintain the warranty in case of lightning strike or other power surge. I did this right away and I'm very grateful to James for all his work, and to Gregg Traylor also for his initial consultation. Thanks, guys!

Alex, the service technician, arrived right on time as promised and provided a quote after completing the 25‑point inspection. The estimate was higher than I expected, but with winter approaching I decided to move forward with the work. Invoice Breakdown: • 10 Nylon Rollers – $290 • 1 Set of Cables – $175 • 1 Set of Powder‑Coated Brackets – $188 • 1 16‑FT Bottom Rubber Seal – $180 Total: $833 Alex finished the job in just over 30 minutes. While the work was completed efficiently, the overall price felt expensive for the time involved. My suggestion: if you’re not pressed for time, it’s worth getting a couple of quotes before committing.
