I had garage door problems late in the evening. I called and got appointment for service first thing next morning. This was the highlight of their service. Jae, the technician, called and showed up very promptly as expected. He explained the details of the job, gave an estimate, and finished the repair in short time. I was very satisfied with the approach and follow up. I would recommend this company to my friends anytime.

Quoted one price, charged more. Was told when I called in they were a local Cottage Grove company, they are NOT! Tried selling my wife additional items telling her they were "must replace", not true. Requested contact and received an arrogant call back that I was wrong and got a sense that it was inconvenient to have to call me. I gave them several months to make it right (an apology would have worked) but radio silence from them. They are NOT a local company and I will never use them again.

Mike is professional and very quick. Offers good advice without making you feel like he is just trying to up sell you. They have always been able to send a technician the day I call. We have had them come and install a new garage door motor and replace a broken spring.Would recommend 10/10

Precision Garage Door exceeded our expectations. They installed two garage doors quickly. The technicians (Brandon and Josh, I think - I'm bad with names) were courteous and professional, explaining what work had been done and how to maintain the new doors. They finished the work earlier than they anticipated, and left the garage cleaner than when they had arrived. I highly recommend this company.

I googled a garage door service and found Precision. I called and got an appointment timeline the next morning. My servicer was professional, detailed and was very knowledgeable and understandable when he explained what needed to be done. He went beyond my expectations with his complete rundown of what he was going to do and showed me the areas of concern and he let me know what to expect in the future for any maintenance or possible repairs. The repair was completed in a surprisingly short amount of time and there was no messes left behind. I will request this servicer in the future when I need servicing.

Garage door was installed in 2003. Today one of the torsion springs broke and rendered the door inoperable. Called for service at 9:45 AM and was told I could expect someone to be at my house between noon and 2. Jameson was the service tech and he arrived within the promised time. He diagnosed the problem, reviewed the overall condition of the door, and efficiently completed the authorized repairs. Door was back in operation by 2:45 PM. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. Also great communication throughout.

Had a cable rust out causing a "hung door" and preventing us from being able to move out a car. Needed it fixed ASAP to be able to get to work and called Precision. Everyone from the Lady who answered the phone to Jonathan the Tech who came to our home was awesome. He arrived quickly and was very thorough and explained what was needed and a few other things he recommended on our 14 year old door. Jonathan quoted me the cost before he started and I did give him approval but will say the mark up on parts and labor charge is absolutely ridiculous. If I knew how to fix it and do it myself, to buy all the parts from Home depot , the total cost for parts is $79. For parts and labor minus a $15 coupon I had from their website, they charged my $700- cannot tell you how bad I feel they took advantage of my situation. I understand the customer needs to approve the quote before they do any work, but I needed it fixed ASAP and agreed to the charges. 5 stars for everything except their profit margins.
