Introduced himself and said he would look at my doors and let me know what might need to be replaced. He explained and showed me several options and Im glad I got a new LED door opener to lift that heavy garage door. He worked very hard and before I new it he showed me what he replaced and how to use new door opener plus remotes. Some years ago, we used Precision to install a new opener and service the system as well. This past week we called upon Precision to perform service on the system again. As repeat customers of Precision Garage Door we were grateful for the technician, Colin Gonzales for contacting us and showing up on time as scheduled. Uncertain at first of what the problem was he replaced items under warranty hoping to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the noise continued when closing the garage door and leaning toward possible replacement of the panels. Since the cost to replace is a bit hefty for the budget, we are taking our chances to push the can down the road for a later repair. Completely ripped us off! The technician came and looked at our garage door in January and sold us "special springs" that cost us over $1200 and said we had a warranty on them, however, a month later our garage door stopped working AGAIN and the new technician that came stated we had NO warranty and that the repair wasn't guaranteed or covered and we would have pay ANOTHER $700 for ONE HOUR OF LABOR as that was their cheaper of THREE options!!! SCAM ARTISTS!! I called another company, and they quoted me $125 for the repair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Early morning - garage door opener decided its expiration date had arrived. Called Precision Door Service - excellent attention to detail from the first employee, followed by another female employee calling to confirm our appointment and available time range. Received a call from Kaleb advising that he could arrive about thirty minutes prior to our appointed time - was that OK? When Kaleb arrived, he asked a number of questions regarding our issues, thoroughly inspected our current opener installed in 2010 and provided us with options - pros and cons of repair versus purchasing a new unit.
