We don’t live in Las Vegas but we’re in town watching our grandkids at their house. We had an unfortunate mishap with the garage door while I was taking the kids to school. Several rollers popped off the track and the door became inoperable. Because we use Precision in Albuquerque, we called the local company and they sent Casey who was at the house within 30 minutes. Casey was professional and extremely competent. Including a couple of small safety upgrades, he had the door working beautifully within one hour. I would highly recommend Precision and Casey to anyone needing garage door service.

Unbelievable service. Called at 7:45am and my tech showed up around 45 minutes later. I had both springs replaced and the door had to be put back on the track. Everything took a little over an hour. Awesome!

Precision garage door seemed like a reputable company. A first technician named Charles came out and was excellent (as one should be one trying to get people to buy a company’s product). And then a Second Gentleman named River came out to install the garage door. No issues until my garage door didn’t fit precisely- which I found ironic given the company’s name. There’s a gap from my garage door to the frame and when confronted about it, a manager stated that because it’s a wooden frame, it would have a gap. Which in hindsight makes sense but the issue is that no one stated that would be a concern. And when asked if it could be adjusted, they wanted more money on top of just dropping 4k- which is a hefty amount in my eyes. Money transparency should be advocated for and reputability should be more cared about. Garage door isn’t bad, techs were nice and professional but ????? Maybe the company should change their name to “slightly precise garage door” instead of “precision.”

I would not recommend this company. They quoted me one price over the phone, but when they came to my home, they quoted me a much higher price. They are very misleading. Manager Trevor was not helpful at all with the situation.

Your representative called and arrived on schedule. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed the garage door springs replaced. I did not need a lengthy sales promotion for additional services and maintenance of my garage door. He replaced the springs and tested the door. Everything worked fine. Upon review of my bill, I was charged a fee for the technician($60) to visit the customers residence. This fee was a rip off!!!!!! If no work was performed, the fee is justified, but tacking on this fee to a $839 repair bill is wrong! I will NEVER use your company for any future garage door needs. I will only be ripped off once by the same company. I will definitely share this experience on any service review sites!

You has installed my new garage door. I just feel the noise so loud when you open or close the door. Also I found the bottom of garage door with black rubber that are not installed properly. I called Mike your repair man came and found out what is the problem. He is a very polite and patient to fit it, few days later, the same problem still come out He said it has to replace the new rubber. I appreciate Mike response so soon and always answer my questions.

I needed a new garage door as my 1999 installed garage door had metal fatigue and was about to split in two. Albert came to check the door on the same day that I called Precision Doors and set up an install for two day later. Albert and two installers came on a friday morning and about 2 hours later I had a new garage door that works perfectly. Great job Albert, River and Giovanni.

Thank you Precision Overhead Garage Door for sending out Charles Filbeck, Technician. He called to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. Introduced himself and said he would look at my doors and let me know what might need to be replaced. He explained and showed me several options and Im glad I got a new LED door opener to lift that heavy garage door. He worked very hard and before I new it he showed me what he replaced and how to use new door opener plus remotes. As repeat customers of Precision Garage Door we were grateful for the technician, Colin Gonzales for contacting us and showing up on time as scheduled. Uncertain at first of what the problem was he replaced items under warranty hoping to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the noise continued when closing the garage door and leaning toward possible replacement of the panels. Since the cost to replace is a bit hefty for the budget, we are taking our chances to push the can down the road for a later repair.
