PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF HENDERSON

Used to be great but not anymore. They do not bring their own ladders. The technician broke our ladder. No estimate or quote provided then charged hundreds of dollars when only half of the work was done. Called for a supervisor, was hung up on once, transferred 4 times, then was belittled by a supervisor for 20 minutes. Absolutely horrible.

Absolutely Fantastic Service!! Garage door opener took a dump at the worst time late at night. Albert Villalobos and River were at the house in literally 20 minutes. They did an amazing job installing it. They were timely, meticulous, and professional. Best installation company I’ve dealt with since moving here in the 90s!! Highly recommend this amazing company!!!

Charles was great, efficient, a nice person and attended to the problems. The only concern with Precision Garage door is not with the TECH, but rather with the pricing! Seems a bit expensive, though the work was efficiently accomplished. Perhaps PGD might consider more attractive pricing which could help a retired person such as myself. It would really help us retired people! I've used PGD in the past which is why I used PGD again.

We don’t live in Las Vegas but we’re in town watching our grandkids at their house. We had an unfortunate mishap with the garage door while I was taking the kids to school. Several rollers popped off the track and the door became inoperable. Because we use Precision in Albuquerque, we called the local company and they sent Casey who was at the house within 30 minutes. Casey was professional and extremely competent. Including a couple of small safety upgrades, he had the door working beautifully within one hour. Unbelievable service. Called at 7:45am and my tech showed up around 45 minutes later. I had both springs replaced and the door had to be put back on the track. Everything took a little over an hour. Awesome!
