Precision Door responded a few hours after I left my review and not only did I get an apology, they are refunding the payment repair work. I’m very impressed by the quick response. It’s refreshing to have a company take pride in their service and are willing to fix the issue. Fortunately, the first tech no longer works for them. If Charles is your tech, he will take care of you. I’m glad purchased the insulated garage door. It is cooler in summer yet keeps the cold out during the winter. I have a good feeling that going forward, they work hard to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their service. I definitely recommend Precision Door.
