We were having issues with our garage door not closing all the way. Lucky for us, Precision Door had availability on a Sunday to send out a wonderful technician named Albert. He was very knowledgeable and provided tremendous customer service. 10/10 would recommend Albert and Precision Door to anyone in need of their service.
Great customer service…not pushy or rude in any way, as other “premier” companies tend to operate. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!
I was in the process of replacing the rollers on our garage door. Along the way, I ran into trouble with one of the cables. I needed help & called Precision and within one hour we had Kason here on the job. He did a remarkable job in a short period of time. Kason was tremendous !! Kason, keep up the great service.
