Great service, knowledgeable techs. Job completed as promised. Unfortunately, my appointment was a no call, no show but thank you dispatch for sending a new tech promptly. Also, I was quoted a price over the phone that was nearly 1,000% less than what was quoted on site and then we finally got to the price I wanted.

The reason for removing one star is because they first sent me a wrong technician who left several problems with me. He made me prepay $3,374.90 for the entire work before starting the work. It raised a red flag in my mind. But I told myself to trust this company from their past workmanship; and I let him have my credit card number. I pre-paid; and I felt like a fool. Then he went out to get the wrong parts and installed them. The locking mechanism was not present in one of the two Door Controls units. Securing doors with Locks was my main concern and I had requested it from the first call to the company and repeated the same to this mechanic on our first meeting. Having installed wrong parts, he left in a hurry to go to the next job. Several other things did not meet my expectations. That was too ugly to recount. I thought to myself why did I prepay for this con-job? I went to bed knowing someone driving by could open my garage door with his remitter while I slept. That was very unsettling. For a while, I thought about calling my bank to rescind the payment for the first thing in the morning. This bad experience left me a deep scar on my mind. Then next day after several calls to the company they connected me to the general manager, Faris, who made it right with me by sending Robert to correct the problems. Now things are working properly. For that I give 5 stars. But, the first mechanic made me feel like a fool. Since I had to endure the initial problems, I remove one star. I did not call my bank to rescind payment and stayed with them. They restored my confidence in their ethical business dealings. I am a returning customer for many years. Since the company corrected the problems in the timely manner, I will stay with them for my future repairs with one stipulation. I shall not give my credit card number before the job is complete to my expectations. NO PREPAY.

Garage door hardware replaced due to being old and main spring broke. Precision came the day I called them.
