I called to have a repair technician help with the balancing of my garage door. After they arrived, they looked at the function and informed me they could not do anything other than adjust a cable because everything was out of warranty. All the technicians wanted to do is replace parts which would cost more than I could afford. The cost for the tech to tell me he couldn't touch anything cost me $59.95 cash and I did not even receive my change. So, he stole from me as well. I am upset at the person who scheduled the appointment because I was never informed of the Service Call Fee and of the limitations of what the technicians could do.

Although your ad says service within 2 hours, that is not correct. It is a service window starting within 2 hours. Tech arrived in 3 hours. Also, the senior/military discount is a joke - $5.00. Most places gives 10%. Work was satisfactory.

Early morning - garage door opener decided its expiration date had arrived. Called Precision Door Service - excellent attention to detail from the first employee, followed by another female employee calling to confirm our appointment and available time range. Received a call from Kaleb advising that he could arrive about thirty minutes prior to our appointed time - was that OK? When Kaleb arrived, he asked a number of questions regarding our issues, thoroughly inspected our current opener installed in 2010 and provided us with options - pros and cons of repair versus purchasing a new unit.
