Excellent communications and scheduling. Technician arrived at the beginning of the scheduled four hour window, quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the recommended repair which did in fact resolve the problem. Highly recommended and now my go-to for any future work on my garage doors.

Fast, friendly phone response, and the weatherstripping repair work was done swiftly and even under warranty. Service tech was very friendly, inspected the problem and fixed it, and left the site perfect.

I thought that it was very over priced. One hour of service 2 springs and rollers over $800. Not what I expected, the repair person was good and nice but could not explain the pricing and bill did not clarify it.

Dear Mr. Weldon, We provided you a rebuild of your garage door. This includes replacing the counter balance system (Springs, pulleys, lift cables, safety cables, and rollers). This basically made your door system new (the only thing we didn't replace were the door sections, which were in good shape). This rebuild came with a 5-year warranty -- same as the new doors we install. The price may seem high, but most of our customers see the value when they realize they got all new parts on their door for about 1/3 of the cost of a new new and also received a new door warranty.
