The estimator was very courteous, very thorough, and provided us with a complete estimate on the spot. The new door panel and new rollers we installed by a very professional technician in less than an hour, and the workmanship was outstanding. Precision Garage door company went above and beyond. They answered all my questions and fixed my phantom door open. Searched googled for a good company. Found this and another I was going to choose. I contacted Precision through email and they were able to setup an appt extremely quickly. I'm very picky. I'm knowledgeable about these openers and I'll tell you, don't look anywhere else. Go with this company and be done with your search. Justin was my technician. We had a nice long chat about what I wanted and what my issues were. I knew my opener was outdated but still worked great. After chatting I knew he was knowledgeable and the entire experience was great. Justin is knowledgeable, VERY professional, respectful, patient, communication was great, nice, quick worker and if I owned this business I'd be very happy to have him. No bullshit, no above and beyond things to add up his quote that I didn't need. I'm extremely happy. Before leaving he explained everything. The wall mounts are MUCH quieter than my previous. A+ service!!! Now I have two new wall mounts, new key pads with updated technology and LED overhead lights!!
