Very happy with with Precision Garage Door Service. Technician arrived promptly, was very courteous and friendly. He looked at my problem and gave me a choice of two repair options and estimates. He did the work quickly, was very neat, and everything works perfectly. We had one broken spring, but given that it's a 3 stall garage, with 20 year old original springs, we had him change all the springs and pulleys. Definitely recommend.

We called a couple places and Precision was the most responsive to come estimate our work. Dylan was beyond courteous and professional while he answered questions and let me know what we can do to address our issues and concerns - we have a barn garage with 4 bays and various needs. He even helped me to make a couple of quick fixes! We will definitely ask to have him back to do more work.

Way overpriced for the work that was done and the amount of time it took to do the work. 1 hour for $699?? For a set of springs installed and rollers? I never even asked to have the rollers done. The installer was very nice though.

Requested and received same day service on a jammed, frayed cable and bad spring automatic door. Had a great experience with Mike M. Who arrived early on appointment and immediately analyzed my problem and offered a satisfactory warranted rebuild package fix.
