Dylan was outstanding in his assessment of the problem, identifying a solution and carrying out the necessary adjustments. In addition, he described what he was doing and why. The problem arose almost a month ago. Since then, I have contacted 4 local repairers for help. One replied and promised to return my call. He never did, despite my follow-up call. The other three did not respond at all. In complete contrast, Precision was immediately responsive, set up an appointment and the technician arrived within the agreed time frame and dealt with the problem. I could not reasonably expect better service. Thank you.

Dylan replaced springs, pulleys, cables and rollers for two garage doors. Everything was replaced and tested in much shorter period than originally quoted. Both door motors were tested and have no noticeable problems. I would recommend Precision Door Service for all door problems and give them a ‘five star’ rating.

WAY OVER PRICED! The service tech was on time and the garage door is now working fine. We were charged $500 for a set of $40 springs and 15 minutes of labor.

Technician showed up exactly at the time he stated, checked the whole situation, found the problem (a bent sensor), fixed went over the doors completely, lubed everything and made sure everything was 6owrking as design, and all in about 30 minutes. It doesn't get any better than that. 5 Stars!

Very prompt and professional and took care of my problem in one visit. My garage door stopped working and even the manual lever mode couldn’t be used because the handle broke. The company that had been here before couldn’t come out for 1 1/2 months! Precision came out within a couple days. Justin was courteous and professional and did a complete rebuild of my system including a new motor. It’s so much quieter and sturdier than my previous opener, has some great new features and I couldn’t be happier.

Service Technician: Mike Garage door was binding due to age and poor initial installation, (not Precision Door). Extension rebuild package recommended as easiest and least expensive repair. Work required just over an hour. Door works perfectly and is well balanced. Nice job, well done.
