Very happy with with Precision Garage Door Service. Technician arrived promptly, was very courteous and friendly. He looked at my problem and gave me a choice of two repair options and estimates. He did the work quickly, was very neat, and everything works perfectly. We had one broken spring, but given that it's a 3 stall garage, with 20 year old original springs, we had him change all the springs and pulleys. Definitely recommend.

Dylan was outstanding in his assessment of the problem, identifying a solution and carrying out the necessary adjustments. In addition, he described what he was doing and why. The problem arose almost a month ago. Since then, I have contacted 4 local repairers for help. One replied and promised to return my call. He never did, despite my follow-up call. The other three did not respond at all. In complete contrast, Precision was immediately responsive, set up an appointment and the technician arrived within the agreed time frame and dealt with the problem. I could not reasonably expect better service. Thank you.

My sister found your company. I received the call from Dylan in the correct time window. He was here with in a half hour. He asked what was going on. I said the door would go down to a point then back up. He looked it over and thought it may be the spring. So, he clamped off the door. Looked at the spring and said that was the problem. He unwound the spring. The door is new. The spring was set for a door 25 yrs. older and heavier. He loosened the spring. Did some spraying on the moving parts. Readjusted the door motor and checked the other one. Put it through its test and it all worked great. he was nice and told us about the door workings. He did a very good job.

Dylan replaced springs, pulleys, cables and rollers for two garage doors. Everything was replaced and tested in much shorter period than originally quoted. Both door motors were tested and have no noticeable problems. I would recommend Precision Door Service for all door problems and give them a ‘five star’ rating.
