We found Precision Garage Door on the internet when we could not open and close our garage door this morning. Fortunately they had a technician David Allen available this morning because of a cancellation. David was terrific. He understood the problem and he was able to do the fix. We found him pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. He installed the new garage door opener, programmed the car remotes, programmed the handheld backup door opener, etc. The new opener is quiet, has a smooth movement, and a bright night light. It's all good and we're 100% satisfied.

Had new garage door opener installed in 2022. It's remote access stopped working all of a sudden. We spent several calls with controller company customer support resetting network and doing hard reset without success. Finally was told that battery backup wired connection needed to be removed and then troubleshoot again. In frustration called Precision who installed it and asked for help to get working. Brian was our tech who was dispatched. Was very confident he could fix the problem and was able to go through several steps and restored both opening and camera functions. Made us thankful we called. He was thorough and ensured everything worked including redoing all the controllers after multiple hard resets. We were resolved to paying a service call or hourly fee just to get our door working again but he was able to rewire the battery and reset in 20 minutes and called his company and they waived the fee. This service after the sale stands out in my mind as increasingly rare in today's world and makes Precision a future call for us when we need any other garage door related work. Good customer service after the sale and great technician in Brian. Overall 5 star experience this week. Thank you.

Precision Garage Door is a wonderful company, and I was unaware the owner was a former Sheriff which is fantastic as my husband is one as well. Our technician David was funny, personable, professional and very informative. I couldn't be happier with the experience from calling yesterday to schedule for today, and having the consult/install today. You can't find service or quality like that these days! Precision Garage Door Service gets a 5 Star Review from my wife & I today. We called in morning today. Our overhead garage failed without warning. We called Precision in the morning today & spoke to Karen. She qualified our contact info & nature of our problem. Karen was able to get us scheduled for same day service & reviewed with us how the scheduled service call would proceed & cost associated. Karen also advised us of upcoming notice confirming service call & courtesy call from David our service rep as to arrival time 30 minutes beforehand. David arrived per scheduled time. Quickly reviewed problem with us & events leading up to failure. Shortly thereafter David gave us 3 repair quotes. Good, Better, Best ! We chose “Better” & David completed repairs very timely & professionally. He reviewed repair & operation with us to make sure we were satisfied. Explained the 5 year warranty too ! Brian Hauser came to my house to repair my garage door cable. My appt was scheduled 10 - 12, Brian had an opening in his schedule and called me to see if I would be available earlier. That never happens! Brian explained that my broken cable was causing other parts of my opener to do double duty and that everything was on the older side. Brian gave me 3 options to choose from. Since the cost from option 1 to option 3 was minimal I chose the overall update. Brian explained everything he would do thoroughly and answered my questions. He did the work in about 2 hours and then showed me how to work it all. My garage door now opens so quietly and smoothly and the light on the motor is so bright. Precision Door lived up to their name and Brian was knowledgeable and very polite. I would certainly recommend Precision Door and Brian Hauser to anyone. I truly appreciate the professionalism of the company, customer service and the technician. Thank you!

Love my fancy garage door opener! Upgraded from a 30-year-old noisy chain. Difference is dramatic…like going from 8-track tapes to streaming music! David E., my technician, was a great communicator, attended to the details (which is important to me), cleaned up after himself, helped me install the app, explained the various features. Before his arrival, Justin called ahead and then at our home couldn't have been more courteous and professional. I had hoped our balky garage-door opener just needed a new keypad. But after his inspection, he carefully explained problems and showed, for example, evidence of heat and deterioration. He also said the door itself looked fine, and didn't try to impose a costly new one. When I said I wanted our son-in-law to weigh in by phone because he is more knowledgeable than me, Justin took the call and explained everything satisfactorily. He then performed the work skillfully, but also took time to chat about family and sports. He even detected and removed an old unoccupied wasp nest. We give him a top rating.
