We had 2 technicians on site and they were both great. The primary tech was very informative and professional. You have excellent representation there. My only complaint.... a 3% credit card fee. Additionally, probably a fee that should be communicated ahead of processing. I used an AMEX. Would I have saved $50 if I had used a Mastercard? Otherwise, great service!

I was very impressed with the personal communication (not a recording) on the phone when setting up the appointment. The receptionist was courteous and professional and was able to schedule the appointment for the next day. The technician who came to my house was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He offered choices and worked efficiently. This was my first time using Precision and I will definitely use them when the need arises again. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

I called on a Monday and on Tuesday Wendell came to the house and checked out the door and gave me three options for the installation - explaining each option in detail. I had many questions and he answered each thoroughly.

I had a broken spring on a decades old system that was in danger of breaking in other places as well (the other spring, frayed cables, etc.). Never-mind that the rollers were loud as heck. I got new springs, drums, cables, and rollers for a decent price. Very happy with the work done and the warranty is great for my peace-of-mind.

Very dissatisfied with the service I have received. I have had ongoing issues with my door since it was installed 2 years ago. My door finally caved in and no one knows why but the company is going to charge me $5,000 to replace a door that I believe should be covered under their “lifetime warranty”. The service tech who came out for the cave in told me I should have had metal supports installed on the inside middle section of my door but this is the first time I’m being told this after having 2 or 3 previous service techs out for issues. The manager I spoke to on the phone stated, “I have never seen a door cave in like yours and I have been in the business for a long time”. The manager then proceeded to try and convince me that something had to have hit my door even though I kept telling him that was impossible because there was a car parked in my driveway. Another issue is I received a quote for $2,500 from a different company for the same door as Precision is going to install. This other company told me they purchase their doors at the same distributor as Precision. I’m not sure why there is such a huge mark up in price with Precision. The other company is even going to install the metal supports that the Precision tech said I should have had installed. Needless to say, if Precision does not replace my door at no charge, I will be going with the other company and I will make sure to file the necessary complaints with the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General against Precision.
