I cannot say enough good things about TEAGAN with Precision Garage Door Service of Oklahoma. Hands down, he is the best garage door technician I have dealt with in all my years. Teagan came out early on a Saturday morning, arrived ahead of schedule, and was incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. What impressed me most was that he didn’t simply come out, perform the service, and leave. He actually took the time to educate me about my garage door and the maintenance it will require over time. My garage door is relatively new, and Teagan walked me through the different components, physically showed me the parts he was referring to, explained what will eventually need maintenance or replacement, and showed me what needed to be corrected to bring my garage door sensors up to code. He explained everything clearly without ever making the conversation feel like a sales pitch. I work in construction, so I have enough experience to recognize when someone genuinely knows their trade versus when someone is simply trying to sell additional work. Everything Teagan explained regarding the maintenance, the condition of the components, and what will likely need replacement in the future was accurate and made complete sense. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. It is increasingly rare to find a technician who combines technical knowledge, professionalism, excellent customer service, and a genuine willingness to educate the customer, but Teagan absolutely does. Precision Garage Door Service of Oklahoma has definitely earned my future business because of this experience. I will absolutely use them again, and when I do, I will specifically request TEAGAN. The experience from start to finish was top of the line. The tech was extremely knowledge and patient with me explaining everything where I could understand it. The equipment I had was old and he gave me several options of replacement with pros and cons. Very pleased.
