I cannot say enough good things about TEAGAN with Precision Garage Door Service of Oklahoma. Hands down, he is the best garage door technician I have dealt with in all my years. Teagan came out early on a Saturday morning, arrived ahead of schedule, and was incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. What impressed me most was that he didn’t simply come out, perform the service, and leave. He actually took the time to educate me about my garage door and the maintenance it will require over time. My garage door is relatively new, and Teagan walked me through the different components, physically showed me the parts he was referring to, explained what will eventually need maintenance or replacement, and showed me what needed to be corrected to bring my garage door sensors up to code. He explained everything clearly without ever making the conversation feel like a sales pitch. I work in construction, so I have enough experience to recognize when someone genuinely knows their trade versus when someone is simply trying to sell additional work. Everything Teagan explained regarding the maintenance, the condition of the components, and what will likely need replacement in the future was accurate and made complete sense. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. It is increasingly rare to find a technician who combines technical knowledge, professionalism, excellent customer service, and a genuine willingness to educate the customer, but Teagan absolutely does. Precision Garage Door Service of Oklahoma has definitely earned my future business because of this experience. I will absolutely use them again, and when I do, I will specifically request TEAGAN. Working with Precision was one of the best decisions I have made during my custom home build. Building a home can be stressful at times but the Precision Team made the garage door process flawless. One of the torsion cables broke and the door was way out of alignment. I called in the early afternoon and got a same-day appointment. The technicians went over the options for repair and let me decide the course of action. They were professional, friendly and very competent.
