Called Precision and at first could only get a next day appointment. I asked if someone there could tell me how to close the door, since I did not want to have the door open all night. The friendly receptionist placed me on hold and within a few moments came back and said "they could get someone out between 5 and 7pm". Jesse Burns, Service Technician, called me within 30 minutes and said "he finished his job early and could he come by." He assessed the problem and went to work and repaired the door in a short time.
