Teagan came out early on a Saturday morning, arrived ahead of schedule, and was incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. What impressed me most was that he didn’t simply come out, perform the service, and leave. He actually took the time to educate me about my garage door and the maintenance it will require over time. My garage door is relatively new, and Teagan walked me through the different components, physically showed me the parts he was referring to, explained what will eventually need maintenance or replacement, and showed me what needed to be corrected to bring my garage door sensors up to code. He explained everything clearly without ever making the conversation feel like a sales pitch. I work in construction, so I have enough experience to recognize when someone genuinely knows their trade versus when someone is simply trying to sell additional work.
