We called on a very cold day end asked if someone could replace the weather stripping on the bottom of the door. They came the that afternoon. They also lubricated the wheels, they checked the whole system to assure it was working properly. The vehicle was clearly marked. Highly trained uniformed technician with identification. Technician installed a new door opener. He was professional and personable. It was a holiday weekend on a Thursday evening that my garage door came off the tracks. I attempted to repair it myself with not much success. I called several companies on Friday trying to get the door repaired no one could get me in until the following Tuesday. Precision came up in my Google search and I called them and the person I talk to said that someone could be out between 1 PM and 3 PM, When I arrived at my house at 12:55 there was a truck in front of my house and a man named Jack at my front door. I was immediately impressed with his promptness, and discovered later that he had attempted to call me, prior to his arrival. Jake assessed the situation, told me what needed to be done without trying to add in unnecessary up-sells. Jack quoted me what I thought was a fair price and begin the job, and completed it in less than an hour. Jack was personable, professional and gave me a feeling of confidence in both his ability and the integrity of the company that he represented. I hope that I don’t need to have a garage door repair anytime soon but if I do I will without hesitation call Precision, And if I don’t get Jack I hope the rest of the employees are as customer focused and professional as Jack was. My experience was very positive from the person who initially took my call to the promptness and professionalism of the the technician who replaced the rollers. By the way the new rollers are much much quieter than the old rollers Which were less than five years old. Kudos to Jack, the phone representative and whoever made the hiring decision. I am really impressed and please thus far.

Our garage door spring broke on our garage door so we called Precision based on Angie’s List ratings. So glad we did!! Byron was so helpful in explaining the different levels of repair that could be made to our 30-year-old doors. When I asked about the options for replacing them, he worked through showing us all the available options. It really was time for a new opener as well, so we were able to get that done at the same time. What a difference the new doors and opener make!! We are very happy with our purchase and appreciate the time Byron took working with us and answering all our questions.

I am extremely happy with the service I received today from Paul. He let me know exactly what was wrong and didn't try to have me buy services I did not need. Gave me 3 quotes of levels of repair so that I could choose the one that fit my finances. Then gave me advise for future needs but did not push them. I would strongly recommend this company. I felt safe, as my husband was not home when they arrived, knowing they do background checks and drug screenings. Thank you for making a stressful situation (my door breaking) easier to deal with.

Russ made the initial visit, Janet did all of the follow up on the replacement door and second remote. Brian did the installation, and each of these people had exceptional customer service skills. Called on a Sunday morning and Russ arrived same day even earlier than scheduled. Russ gave us a few estimates from the base repair to what I would call the "primo" repair, which we appreciated. He didn't seem bothered that we chose to go with the extra stuff which took more time. I think the price was reasonable.The only suggestion I have is that you speak with your answering service. The girl I spoke to had her TV up so loud I couldn't hear her and kept asking her to repeat herself - it was not professional at all and honestly I almost hung up and was going to call someone else. I am also still waiting for my detailed receipt.
