I was near frantic when our garage door broke, fearing I would have to cancel a doctor's appointment that took eight months to get. The gentleman who answered the phone went out of his way to insure that I got an appointment today, & the technician, Chad Lahue, was beyond exceptional. We selected Precision Garage based on the wonderful reviews. Chad was very helpful a I did not know that we could replace the 2 doors with one in the same space as it exceeded the size of a standard door. After measuring the available space and checking with the office he confirmed that we could get a door greater than 17 feet in width. The door would take 3 to 5 weeks, and now I have to get a contractor to remove the center section between the 2 doors now in place. We are excited as Chad's suggestions are now allowing us to to get a bigger door in the existing space, and not have the extra costs of rebuilding both sides for installing the new door.

I’ve been waiting for months ..,. Over a year, to make the” dreadful “ call to have someone look at my garage doors that are at least 30 years old. I called Precision on a Friday and we had someone over the next day. I couldn’t believe it, I was already impressed that I didn’t have to miss anytime from work. I was told Henry will be here between 9-11 am and I will receive a call about 20 minutes before to let me know he is on his way. The gentleman that I was in contact first to make this all work I want to say thank you! ???? Henry called just like I was told and he was on time, he is professional and down to earth. He turned something I was dreading into a painless ( wish I would of done it sooner) experience. My husband and I appreciate how he explained everything and provided some ideas. We have 3 quotes and all 3 are reasonable. Getting ready to use the app so we can take a picture of our house to help pick out our new garage doors….. can’t wait to move forward!!! Thank you again!

Henry was prompt. He quickly diagnosed the problem. I had completed all the you tube recommendations. I missed the.loise wire which was causing inconsistent performance of my garage door. He then did some preventive maintenance and showed me how to know when replacement of parts might be necessary. A good value for 79 bucks.

I was able to get a service scheduled for the same day I called. Chad called when he was on his way and arrived promptly. Chad carefully inspected the garage door, identified the problems and created 3 different estimates. Chad carefully explained each one which helped us to choose the best one for our situation. Chad was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and meticulous. When the job was complete, he reviewed with us what he had done and explained warranty information. Precision surprised me with their immediate response to my query, and then arranged to visit my site the next day. The service technician arrived on time and expertly examined my broken door. He explained the problem clearly. I then asked him if he would address two other issues, which he did. Then he gave me three repair options. I chose option 2, and then learned that he had all the know-how and materials on his service truck. Outstanding. All my repairs were done and tested in about an hour and a half, on the spot. What more could I ask for? The technician was very pleasant and professional. So I had a wonderful experience when I thought I might be stuck with a bad door for maybe a week.

We had Precision garage door repair previously. When we had several issues with our Garage door they were our first choice. It was an emergency situation. Our power was out hours, until 9pm. The emergency cord was jammed, unable to get our car out of tge garage at all. We were able to get an appointment scheduled first thing the next morning. The technicians are professionals and exhibit expert knowledge and skill in their work, ensuring we understood where the repairs were needed. This review is completed 3 days after install Short Version: 9.9 of 10 recommend. Everything is on point and to great satisfaction. A little finishing work needs completed. (caulking) Most importantly the Wife is happy and excited to have a working door again. Long Version: - Communication: on point - Lifting units: exactly what I ordered. And SUPER QUIET. Perfect !!!! with the little ones bedroom above the garage. - New Track: in great shape and installed expertly. - Springs: torsion springs are great and are sized correctly for the door. - Doors: - Quality: appear a higher quality than I expected. Totally enclosed and insulated. appear sturdy though I don't expect them to go unblemished if I throw a wrench. nor should you. - Color: came as expected. the brochures and samples match. - Insulation: I can tell a difference in my garage temp. Installation: Professional and on time. Did an excellent job and even pointed out some difficulties. Also gave a brief maintenance overview on what to do. Negatives: - 2 of the trim boards are not attached the best. I will add soe additional backing behind the trim to help. And there are some large gaps between trim and original frame. - I did not expect to have to caulk all of the trim to complete the seal between the trim and door frame. But I did see this in the quote. And it's easy to do.
