We are impressed with the quality of the garage door opener. The installation was impressive. Victor did an excellent job. He was very thorough and neat about the job. He explained your product. We were most satisfied. He answered all of our questions. The cleanup was wonderful. He left the job site as clean as it was when he arrived. He removed the garbage. He didn't take any breaks. He worked continuously. Victor was pleasant and professional. We have a wooden door. It is very heavy. He assured us that the opener could handle our door. We are impressed with the quality of your garage door opener. We would recommend Precision Doors to all of our friends. Thanks for great service and a great job. We will be back. Performed a google search & was extremely impressed with your ad. Your repair agent Victor evaluated the problem, my garage door is custom made tong & groove cedar on a wooden door (extremely heavy) used 520 lb. springs and completely rewired opener. Now my garage door opens & closes quiet & smoothly efficiently like a new unit. Extreme pleased with professional mechanical knowledge your agent Victor possessed and performed outstanding work to repair door. I would recommend Precision to everyone in need of quality garage door repair.

I chose a 5 Star rating because Precision lived up to their website. I was surprised by a broken spring at 6:40 AM. I found Precision on the web and indeed someone answered the phone at 7:10 AM. In quick order someone was scheduled to repair my door that afternoon. Precision’s mechanic, Tim, was personable, professional, on time, explained my issue in detail, and repaired the door. I was very satisfied.

Our garage door was making a load pop noise. I thought it was just out of alignment. Your technician Tim took the time to properly diagnose the problem and explain what was wrong. He recommended what needed to be done to fix the problem as well as what will need to be addressed in the future. He gave me a fair price and replaced the rollers and the bearings as well as making some adjustments. The door was fixed quickly and for the quoted price. He also gave me a ball park price on replacing the springs in the future. Overall a great experience and we will call for any future repairs.
