Thank you to Kenny for the work that he did to install a NEW PDS 800 Garage Door Opener with a 7' Boom. Very professional, polite, answered ALL of my Questions. Took down the old opener that I had since 1987 and put up the New one! Cleaned EVERYTHING up, Re-lubricated springs and rollers that were replaced on 12/30/2015. Service was great. I called and I got an appointment within 24 hours. Kenneth arrived on time, explained my options, and I chose to go with the new belt drive garage door opener. He removed my old system and replaced with a new one in less than an hour. He configured the remotes and even my car. The system is so quiet. We plan on calling Precision back when it is time to replace the other system.

Justin was here at the top of the service window instead of the bottom! He worked quietly without need for my attention and was thorough in explaining what he fixed and what I should plan to do next, including what that would cost. He also answered when I had to call shortly after he left when my remotes wouldn't work and quickly walked me thru what to do to get them back up and running. I was very pleased with his efficiency and service!

Definitely 5 star service! The phone representative was very courteous and professional and we were able to get a same day appointment. The technician, Ken, was completing a complicated repair prior to ours, thus was running a bit behind schedule, but he made sure to keep in contact with us to let us know his updated arrival time. Once he arrived, he did a great job assessing what was damaged on our door and explaining our repair options. He performed the requested work quickly, neatly and professionally and was a pleasure to work with. The payment/receipt process was wonderful too! I had to have torsion springs replaced. Plus I had Justin replace the wheels on my door making it much smoother and less noisy. Also I now have a lifetime guarantee so if something goes wrong it will be replaced at no charge…can't beat that. All in all a great experience and it took only an hour to fix!.
