Eric came to the appointment early (same day as when I called in actually) with a call as a heads up. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and tune up. Even disconnected my tracks and realigned them to make them roll more smoothly, as part of the tube up. This had been overlooked by the previous company working my door opening and garage door system. They charged me the very low rate that was advertised without any gimmicks or add ons. He was also very knowledgeable and quoted me a price on an upgraded opener that would work better for me. The door sounded muuuuuch quieter after he was finished! Thank you!

When I called, Precision’s staff sent someone within the hour. I called regarding a broken spring. Michael Marro was my service technician. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Explained in detail what needed to be done and why. Showed me where the parts were worn. After he was done took the time to show me what he had done and went over the new parts with me. Very happy with entire process and would use Precision again.
