We’ve been in our house 12 years and it’s at the point things are starting to break down. I had another garage door company come out twice for service/repairs. The last time they were out I asked about the noise it was making and their response was to lubricate the wheels/tracks. Robert came out and pointed out several errors on the initial installation that led to problems and premature wear and tear. We followed his recommendations and the noise was reduced by 90%. I don’t understand why the first repair man didn’t point out these issues…just glad to have a competent professional that thinks long term and gives great service. I called precision garage door services today, March 13, 2026. I called to get a garage door tuneup. They sent their technician Michael who came the same day. Diagnosed the problem. Recommended several options. And updated the garage door the same day. I am very satisfied with the technician and the quality work that he did. I highly recommend this company!

I went online this morning for Precision Garage Door in Myrtle Beach at 10am and made an appt. They were at my house by12:30. My technician was Robert Farley. He was amazing. He went over what are issues were with the garage door and gave us a couple different estimates for repairs. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. Told us it would take him about an hour and a half and was done right on time. Had all the parts needed and everything was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Robert Farley. My garage door is quieter then it has ever been.

The Precision tech - Jim was prompt and professional. He asked questions about the performance of my garage door opener and any concerns that I had. I told him of the issue with my door not fully opening or closing at times. After seeing the issue, he determined that my motor needed to be replaced, given the age of my door opener. I was also having an issue with the weather stripping dry rotting and I ask him to replace the strips as well. He truck was well stocked and he was able to do the project in the one visit. I have used Precision in the past and have been very satisfied with each visit. I would recommend them to anyone.
