they were here in a day which was great. The tech installed new opener and springs in 2 hours. Did a great job. Very clean and picked up after himself. The price was a bit more than I had hoped or expected but over all I would use them again. This is the 2nd time I have used them. Service is perfect and can't improve on that. We have 3 garages and the 1st time they were here they told me the garage system was shot om one of the doors and they were right. The system lasted about a year after their 1st service call.

Could not have had a better experience. Mike was great in letting me know the current and, possibly, soon to be problems of our 7 year old garage door opener. He explained all of the options available, along with their costs. I decided to replace all but the door itself. The door is so much quieter with many more options and it works with the myQ app and the CPI security system.
