Robert Farley was an exceptional rep for your company. He analyzed my problem, which was a 25 year-old garage door. It still worked, but I knew it was not working properly. He explained all the details that worked properly and explained the problems of concern. He told me the pad outside the garage worked fine, but I asked him to replace it simply because it was 25 years old and the batteries were held in place by tape / previous Owner; that was just not a good sign for me. He replaced everything we agreed upon - he explained what was done and why it was needed. Mr. Farley was an excellent technician and representative for your company. I considered calling the business that originally installed the garage door, but I’m very glad that I called Precision.
