I went online this morning for Precision Garage Door in Myrtle Beach at 10am and made an appt. They were at my house by12:30. My technician was Robert Farley. He was amazing. He went over what are issues were with the garage door and gave us a couple different estimates for repairs. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. Told us it would take him about an hour and a half and was done right on time. Had all the parts needed and everything was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Robert Farley. My garage door is quieter then it has ever been.

Precision Door has done excellent work for me. The technician who programmed my door opener was prompt and courteous. He took his time and didn't rush and made sure everything was working before he left.

We’ve been in our house 12 years and it’s at the point things are starting to break down. I had another garage door company come out twice for service/repairs. The last time they were out I asked about the noise it was making and their response was to lubricate the wheels/tracks. Robert came out and pointed out several errors on the initial installation that led to problems and premature wear and tear. We followed his recommendations and the noise was reduced by 90%. I don’t understand why the first repair man didn’t point out these issues…just glad to have a competent professional that thinks long term and gives great service.
