The Precision tech - Jim was prompt and professional. He asked questions about the performance of my garage door opener and any concerns that I had. I told him of the issue with my door not fully opening or closing at times. After seeing the issue, he determined that my motor needed to be replaced, given the age of my door opener. I was also having an issue with the weather stripping dry rotting and I ask him to replace the strips as well. He truck was well stocked and he was able to do the project in the one visit. I have used Precision in the past and have been very satisfied with each visit. I would recommend them to anyone.

Could not have had a better experience. Mike was great in letting me know the current and, possibly, soon to be problems of our 7 year old garage door opener. He explained all of the options available, along with their costs. I decided to replace all but the door itself. The door is so much quieter with many more options and it works with the myQ app and the CPI security system.

I called precision garage door services today, March 13, 2026. I called to get a garage door tuneup. They sent their technician Michael who came the same day. Diagnosed the problem. Recommended several options. And updated the garage door the same day. I am very satisfied with the technician and the quality work that he did. I highly recommend this company!
