He explained all the details that worked properly and explained the problems of concern. He told me the pad outside the garage worked fine, but I asked him to replace it simply because it was 25 years old and the batteries were held in place by tape / previous Owner; that was just not a good sign for me. Speedy service and did not excellent work

Our 20 yr old garage door was not working properly. Called Precision Garage Door and had a tech out to look it over within 2 hours! We needed a new opener and other important elements of the garage door. To my surprise, he had everything needed to overhaul our door in his truck. The technician was highly professional, worked extremely efficiently, and had the job done within two hours. The cost was a bit on the high side, but we received the quality system and it works great.
