On Saturday morning my garage door failed to open due to a broken spring. I called Precision Garage Door and my call was answered by a person who scheduled Tony for that afternoon. Tony arrived with a fully equipped truck and informed me on sight that he would have my door working that afternoon. I informed Tony the door was well maintained but I was never happy with its operation even before the broken spring, so he demonstrated the reason. The hardware and components used to raise and lower the door were all lower quality, builders grade components, which became increasingly noisy due to wear. Tony explained that Precision uses only Commercial level parts and provides a limited lifetime warranty. He prepared a quote and I opted for overhaul and replacement of all components and equipment used to open and close the door. As promised, he had my door fully operational that afternoon and scheduled the remainder of the overhaul for Monday, to be performed by Chandler and Gary. The remainder of the overhaul and installation was completed by early Monday afternoon. Like Tony, Chandler and Gary did an excellent job and my garage door operates much more smoothly and quietly than it did when it was brand new! The commercial grade parts Precision uses are visibly superior to the parts they replaced and it was obvious why they were willing to back them with a lifetime warranty! Precision Garage Door provided me excellent service at a great value!

I had these folks out a year ago because of a noisy garage door. They did a great job replacing the rollers and re-aligning the tracks. Late this year we heard loud noises when opening the door but otherwise it ran smoothly. The tech spent some time trying to figure out why and determined that the door was sticking to the gasketing around the edges when the door was closed. He replaced the 10-year old gasket and it works like a charm again. Highly recommended!
