Great work! Deserves a 5 star for the work and professionalism. However the service center told me the price would be between $200 - $400. It was $500. That was disappointing.

My experience was excellent. Zachary Otten gave awesome service for my garage service and the quote for motor replacement. When I decided to get the motor replaced making the appointment went smoothly. Zach arrived on time and the motor was replaced in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend PGDS to others. “Precision Door Service a name you can trust!”

Technician arrived as scheduled and did a great job of explaining the issue. After discussion of the status of existing door opener, I decided to replace it. Job was accomplished promptly and to my satisfaction.

When our garage door stopped working and we could see the "chain" was messed up we knew who to call...Precision. Precision has done the maintenance on our garage doors over the years and has always been efficient in showing up and getting the issue fixed. This time was no different. The young man came out, saw the chain had broke and ordered the new part (now belt driven, and is sooo much quieter). He brought the new piece a few days later and got us up and working again. Polite, on-time and great communication.

I had these folks out a year ago because of a noisy garage door. They did a great job replacing the rollers and re-aligning the tracks. Late this year we heard loud noises when opening the door but otherwise it ran smoothly. The tech spent some time trying to figure out why and determined that the door was sticking to the gasketing around the edges when the door was closed. He replaced the 10-year old gasket and it works like a charm again. Highly recommended!
