We’ve been in our house 12 years and it’s at the point things are starting to break down. I had another garage door company come out twice for service/repairs. The last time they were out I asked about the noise it was making and their response was to lubricate the wheels/tracks. Robert came out and pointed out several errors on the initial installation that led to problems and premature wear and tear. We followed his recommendations and the noise was reduced by 90%. I don’t understand why the first repair man didn’t point out these issues…just glad to have a competent professional that thinks long term and gives great service. Could not have had a better experience. Mike was great in letting me know the current and, possibly, soon to be problems of our 7 year old garage door opener. He explained all of the options available, along with their costs. I decided to replace all but the door itself. The door is so much quieter with many more options and it works with the myQ app and the CPI security system.

Precision Door has done excellent work for me. The technician who programmed my door opener was prompt and courteous. He took his time and didn't rush and made sure everything was working before he left.
