We will always use Precision. This is our second time contracting with this company. Both times we received excellent service. Most recently, the garage door opener at our recently purchased home did not work. Precision sent a technician the same day. They were able to have the new opener installed and any equipment repairs made by the following morning. The technician was knowledgable and explained each needed repair/replacement as well as an accurate price for each service. Precision is an excellnet company and we cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Morris with Precision Door helped me with a new garage door for an home in Myrtle Beach that I own as a Trustee in a trust death administration. It was easy to work with this company and the process went very smoothly even though I live in Greensboro, NC. Your service tech Michael Davis handled my issue of a broken Spring. He explained the different repair options and the cost of each....I decided on full replacement due to the age of my original system....Michael went on to remove my old system and efficiently install my new one......he explained the warranty, and operation of the new system which include new features I didn't have previously.......He removed all the old parts and left the work area cleaner then when he arrived,,,,,definitely went above and beyond expectations.....Precision is fortunate to have a dedicated employee such as Michael.....I highly recommend Precision and would be willing to share my experience with other customers.......Ron Szamreta
