Great experience from the initial contact to the payment for services rendered. Halloween night our garage door would not close. Called Precision and within 3 1/2 hours of the initial call, they were done. Very professional & personable technician. I can highly recommend this company.

I called the company Monday afternoon to install a garage door opener w an outside panel for code entry. I was told that someone could come in the evening but I wasn’t at home; I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician came on time and did a great job installing the product and explaining how to use it. The app is great to use! I’m thrilled that everything was installed so quickly.

Called and they had save day appointments. Jim arrived on time and was easily able to diagnose the problem and had the parts needed to service immediately. 1.5 hours later,I had 2 fully functional and considerably quieter garage doors! Thanks so much.
