Everything about this experience was exceptional. The office staff were friendly and professional, and I got an appointment quickly. The technician, Stone, was knowledgeable and friendly. He identified the problem with the garage door immediately, and also made us aware of additional services that could extend the life of the mechanism. We were presented with options and prices on the spot. We ultimately chose the basic repair, which was exactly what was quoted over the phone. We will use them again.

The Precision experience was A+. I scheduled an appointment through Suzanne. She was extremely helpful and set the whole excellent experience into motion. Max came out to install a new garage door opener (the old one was decades old). He diagnosed the entire lift system and made helpful recommendations which would make the new opener operate as intended. He was knowledgable, patient, and efficient. These guys are the best.

Max did a great job of tightening, adjusting and lubricating my two garage doors! He also re-programmed my remotes, and a keypad. Wow, the difference in door operation noise is amazing. The doors made so much noise during operation before the service, and now they sound so much better.

I will start off by saying thank you to Kevin for prompt, on-time arrival. Great explanation of overall condition of door, components, and functionality. I did not need any repairs components replaced; however, Kevin's recommendation fell right in with the preventive maintenance I was wanting done. Rollers, cables, new springs (where there was only one before from the builder). Quick, clean, and accurate work. I would definitely recommend Precision Door. 5-Stars yes because of the customer service, timeliness and overall service. Only detractor (and I understand operating costs) perhaps waive the "service fee" if work/parts exceeds that fee. If you need door work done, call this company.

Corey was excellent. We had a big mess to sort out. Garage door had stopped working due to a broken torsion spring. One side had previously ripped out of the wall and so the spring was quite a bit off-center. Our craftsman garage door opener was also near the end of its life. After spending a few minutes reviewing several levels of remedying the issue (from get it working again to making it last) we decided for safety, since our girls spend quite a bit of time playing in garage and driveway and I use it as a home gym to pay the extra $ to get it done right. Glad we did and no regrets. BL: These guys are not the cheapest out there but the reviews speak for themselves. We wanted it done without too much upsell and we wanted it done correctly. Would call them again if we needed anything in the future.

Terrible experience, quote was not accurate, tech was trying to up sell services. I had 1 broken spring on one side, it cost $248 to replace both springs. Tech wanted me to pay $700 to have them do a complete once over I said no, option 2 was $400, again I said no. I just wanted the broken spring replaced. So now I’m out $248 and my garage door doesn’t go all the way down. Tech said if I would have paid the $700 it would have worked fine. This is not a good company, and I would not recommend this company.
