First, the receptionist who took our call was very polite and understanding. She even put in a request for an earlier appointment, if one became available. The technician who came out to look at our garage door was very knowledgeable and conveyed in layman's terms all that he was going to do. He also tried to keep the cost down, which he did. It did not take him very long to fix our door. He was very polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Overall service was excellent. From intake to their technicians, everyone was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Late yesterday, Jon Szkola of Precision Garage Door of Fredericksburg arrived at my house to assess the condition of my garage door. He was patient with my questions and answered all of them thoroughly and honestly. After a long discussion in which I judged him to thorougly know what he was talking about, he suggested several alternative approaches and gave me estimates of costs. Out of four different solutions, I choose one, and he said he could do it immediately since he had all necessary parts in his truck. He then spent nearly three hours working to replace everything but the door itself. When he was finished he taught me how to use everything -- new remotes, new outside keypad, new app that controlled the garage door, etc. He explained everything he had done, showing me all the new parts, how everything worked, and where I had control options. Jon was a consummate professional -- expert in his service, articulate in his explanations, patient with me and my questions. Based on my experience with Jon, I can recommend Precision Garage Door without qualification. Top notch in every way.
