"Kevin" arrived at my house, promptly (within the timeframe expected), pleasant in demeanor, and took the time to "listen" to my description of garage door 'symptoms'/issues I was experiencing. From start-to-finish, "Kevin" was a Professional. It was apparent throughout his project of repairing and making my garage door mechanics/mechanisms whole and functioning properly again, his end objective was for a positive customer outcome & experience. "Kevin" even solidified this with an unexpected personal follow-up visit the very next morning with him citing "...on my way to...just wanted to double-check and see how the (repaired garage) door is doing...". Wow! SO refreshing and restores my faith in knowing there are still "Professionals" out there like "Kevin". Thank you "Kevin"!!

I was in a bind in the middle of the day with a garage door that would not open after a torsion spring spontaneously broke, and I couldn't get my cars out of the garage. I quickly found Precision online and verified their A+ Better Business Bureau rating then gave them a call. The dispatcher recognized the urgency of the situation, and although a service member was going to be available that afternoon, she put a special note in describing my predicament and someone was at my house in about an hour. Problem solved, thanks to my technician named Stone that got to my house quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, and explained the situation patiently in a way that revealed a high level of expertise. Thank you to all involved!

Precision is on it! I called about 9am for appointment to repair garage door. Stone was onsite by about 11:15am. He pointed out tension spring broke. He had parts on hand, and fixed by about noon. Stone was extremely professional and competent. I'd go with Precision again in a heartbeat! (Hopefully not needed any time soon!) Thank you!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was outstanding. My opener apparently broke just a day after I'd used it. Patrick from Precision came, found the problem immediately and said I did not need a new opener or expensive repairs. The lock had been engaged when someone tried to break in. He showed me how to check and fix it myself if it happened again, did a full inspection of all the opener and door components, and gave me information on all the options for repair or replacement if needed in the future. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. There was no pressure. If ever I need garage door or opener service in the future, I will call Precision. Their service surpassed my expectations and previous service experiences.

Precision Garage Door replaced my initial garage door opener back in 2004. That device worked fine until yesterday when the belt broke. Really impressed that it lasted for 18+ years without any maintenance. I also called on Precision in 2015 to fix problems I was having with the garage door railings. Very happy with that service, too. Finally, I called on them yesterday and they were able to come out on the next day to replace the Opener and to replace some of the old springs. The technician, Cameron, who performed the work was pleasant and professional. Each of my experiences with their staff have been exceptional. Highly recommend them to everyone need garage door maintenance.

Everything about this experience was exceptional. The office staff were friendly and professional, and I got an appointment quickly. The technician, Stone, was knowledgeable and friendly. He identified the problem with the garage door immediately, and also made us aware of additional services that could extend the life of the mechanism. MAJOR RIPOFF!! $700+ to put in torsion spring system. I had broken extension spring system. They came in and said we can't fix that (SURPRISE!!). I should've sent them their merry way, would have still been cheaper to pay the 'diagnostic fee' of $145 (are you kidding me) and get someone else to come over and do the job. You guys are ridiculous.

Hello Mr. Vachhani – I’m sorry to learn you are unhappy with the service provided 2 weeks ago. What you described is contrary to what we strive to do each and every day. Please know, you did not have an extension spring system, you had a Torquemaster, which is a disposable system. As explained by your technician, we cannot repair a Torquemaster, but we offer to convert it to a torsion system. This system can be worked on by any garage door company in the future. Your technician reviewed and explained your options, which you approved and signed off on prior to starting the work. My sister had high praise for you all, and when our garage decided to snap a spring and some cables this morning, I called and was relieved you were able to come out within a few hours. Our old garage door opener was weakening and the door had become VERY noisy because of age and a loose spring. While we contracted with Precision for a new opener with battery backup, our technician, Stone, gave us several options for needed repairs/refurbishing. We chose the most expensive option - and the end result is that everything other than the actual door itself is brand new. Stone was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained all the new features of our updated opener. He installed the lightbulbs I supplied in the opener, and he activated the Home Link on both of our cars. We could not be more pleased with the final product. I highly recommend Precision! And kudos to Stone for a great job!
