I felt good recommending that path to my mom because it preserved the original door we love while making everything function safely and smoothly again. As someone who is very cautious about contractors and pretty good at spotting when I’m being upsold, I genuinely felt like he approached this the right way. He spent a lot of time walking me through the options, answering questions, and helping us make the best long-term decision instead of just pushing the most expensive one. A bit disappointed , I thought it was pretty expensive though More than 1/3 the amount I expected when I had this happen seven years ago, it was less than half the amount For a broken spring and cable. Would definitely recommend them for friendliness response, prompt service, but I thought they were pretty expensive for what needed to be done.
