We have used Precision Garage Door three times over the years and from their office staff to their technicians, they never disappoint. Today their technician Taylor Gleave fixed a broken spring. He was professional, punctual, did not overcharge or suggest things we did not need, and was very efficient. He did a great job.

After calling to request service of a malfunctioning door opener, I received same day service. Tech Justin pointed out door opener was 20 years old (which I had already determined), and felt it due for replacement. I've supervised repair of machinery for 45 years, and had no problem agreeing with his thought. He had everything needed for replacement in his van, and despite the late hour of the day (5:00pm) had a new LiftMaster installed by 8:00. Totally professional.
