One of our garage door springs failed on Thanksgiving. We called Precision first thing the next morning. They said they would have a technician out to help us between noon and 4pm. We received a call at noon that the tech would arrive by 12:30pm, which he did. Jesse, the tech, was knowledgeable and experienced. He inspected the door and opener, diagnosed the problem, and gave us some options for the repair. Rather than replace the two larger springs, we opted to replace the assembly with four smaller springs, which Jesse thought would increase the overall life of the system. Once the decision was made, Jesse quickly made necessary revisions, installed the new springs, and re-mounted and reprogrammed the opener. He had everything he needed in his service truck. The job was complete by 3:30pm and Jesse was on his way. Of the many service companies we call to help keep our home running, Precision is top tier in their professionalism, reliability, and effectiveness. I can’t rate them highly enough.
