Justin provided Great service, friendly, prompt & quick! A bit disappointed , I thought it was pretty expensive though More than 1/3 the amount I expected when I had this happen seven years ago, it was less than half the amount For a broken spring and cable. Would definitely recommend them for friendliness response, prompt service, but I thought they were pretty expensive for what needed to be done.

They came same day and fixed everything quickly. They were fantastic and I highly recommend!

Precision is an appropriate way to describe my experience with Precision Garage Door Service Seattle. A couple years ago, DJ was our tech and got our door back on track with minimal parts and salvaging what we had. Obviously the warranty was limited since it was existing materials but the service call was on point with the door system at large. Earlier today we met Maxwell who replaced some rollers and other preventative stuff which included 5 year warranty. Our customer experience was no pressure with an appropriate amount information and felt more like a consultation and not like a sales call. Precision delivers quality, service, and has people who do the right thing. 5 stars MaxXX +

I came home from a challenging day to a garage door that moved less than an inch. Went inside and suspected a broken spring. This was at 3:00. We had Precision Garage Door replace the door and the opener years ago, so I went to their very user-friendly website. AND I was able to schedule and appointment THAT DAY! Received a text saying Josh would be there in an hour; he called to confirm. Replaced the spring and some other parts, we received a lifetime transferrable warranty (yeah, that cost another $500 but figured it will be worth it). I've reached the point in life where I'm not going to shop around to save the next $100 (or whatever), willing to pay for great service and we get that from Precision Garage Doors.

Sean was transparent in pricing and time of completion. I thoroughly enjoyed Sean’s attention to details and his forward thinking!
