    First of all, I wasn’t expecting to get an appointment so early in the day, so that was a pleasant surprise. Like many people when things go wrong it’s at an inconvenient time to do so. It is horrifying to see your garage door fall off the track when you’re leaving to go to work. I got a phone call from Rydge within about 15 mins after I contacted their customer service and he was there within 45 mins. He was very polite and showed me where things went wrong. It made me realize how fortunate I am that it didn’t go worse. I would recommend this business based solely off of Rydge’s knowledge and ability to do all the repairs safely and efficiently. I will do a lot of things DYI but garage doors are one thing I won’t mess with. Thank you for sending a knowledgeable technician who has great customer service skills.
