Meric and Dakota came to repair/service our garage door/opener. It ended up needing an extensive repair. They gave us three options and provided their recommended option which is the one we chose. Their customer service was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. They called to ask if they could come early, they were very professional and were able to explain what repairs we needed in a way that was easy to understand. And, they were able to fix the door that day which was a plus! I put “not sure” on the price because other companies I called charged service fees to come out and then price ranges depending on what might be wrong. The price I paid to Precision fell within those price ranges, so I felt it was probably okay. It did seem high but only because I had no idea how bad a shape our door was in…and we had never had the door serviced (it was about 20 years old).

I came home from a challenging day to a garage door that moved less than an inch. Went inside and suspected a broken spring. This was at 3:00. We had Precision Garage Door replace the door and the opener years ago, so I went to their very user-friendly website. AND I was able to schedule and appointment THAT DAY! Received a text saying Josh would be there in an hour; he called to confirm. Replaced the spring and some other parts, we received a lifetime transferrable warranty (yeah, that cost another $500 but figured it will be worth it). I've reached the point in life where I'm not going to shop around to save the next $100 (or whatever), willing to pay for great service and we get that from Precision Garage Doors.

We've used this company for a couple times when our garage doors needed work. They have always been very responsive, prompt, and professional. I'd happily recommend and will use them again in the future when needed!
