Their quote was very reasonable, much lower than other well-known competitors. I had mentioned that my garage door opener might need an upgrade later, but during testing the new spring’s pressure, the opener’s chain broke completely. Instead of taking the quick route, Joern and Brandon went above and beyond — they replaced not just the chain but the entire opener, ensuring everything was safe, balanced, and working perfectly. They didn’t have to do that, but they genuinely cared about getting everything right. When I came home, the garage door ran smoother and quieter than ever, with a brand-new opener installed. Unfortunately the spring broke on our garage door. I called precision and they had me setup for next day appointment. Dakota, the tech showed up right on time, was very friendly, fast, explained different options for service. Once we picked one he was done and the garage was working better than before in under an hour. Really appreciate the prompt response, friendly demeanor and excellent work. Definitely recommend! 👍
