We called on a weekend when our cars were trapped in the garage, the door wouldn’t open and the motor was smoking. Justin arrived the next day, a Sunday, and rescued us. He replaced the spring and rollers and checked the motor to insure it was okay. Justin was professional, kind, reassuring, competent and great. We really appreciated the company’s scheduling and communications software. It is helpful that they send a picture of their technician and that he arrives in a marked truck and uniform.
