We called them to fix our commercial garage door which they did and also pointed out some other issues and fixed those as well.

A few days ago I pushed the button to open my garage doors and heard the twang as the cables and rollers sheared off the door. I called Precision Garage Doors to see if they could schedule a repair technician. Justin Pinkerton was scheduled for a four hour block the next day. Justin arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. After a few minutes he finished his evaluation with options. After selecting my choice Justin started to work and was done within the four hour block. He was professional, polite and made sure the work area was clean before he left. I recommend Precision Garage Doors!

Their technicians are friendly and professional, they explain exactly what is needed, and there’s no pressure at all. One of our garage door springs failed on Thanksgiving. We called Precision first thing the next morning. They said they would have a technician out to help us between noon and 4pm. We received a call at noon that the tech would arrive by 12:30pm, which he did. Jesse, the tech, was knowledgeable and experienced. He inspected the door and opener, diagnosed the problem, and gave us some options for the repair. Rather than replace the two larger springs, we opted to replace the assembly with four smaller springs, which Jesse thought would increase the overall life of the system. Once the decision was made, Jesse quickly made necessary revisions, installed the new springs, and re-mounted and reprogrammed the opener. He had everything he needed in his service truck. The job was complete by 3:30pm and Jesse was on his way. Of the many service companies we call to help keep our home running, Precision is top tier in their professionalism, reliability, and effectiveness. I can’t rate them highly enough.

What a stand up company! I’d previously been quoted a $6k estimate to fix a LiftMaster gate. Jeff showed up and fixed the issue on the spot - all for the price of a service call. What a great guy - honest, and an expert at what he does. Finding a reputable, honest company today is difficult. Kudos to Precision. This is now my go to for any garage door or gate issues. A+++
