I had a keypad that was not working for the garage door. Precision was easy to request and schedule service. Jesse Arreguin was the technician. He quickly identified the problem and had everything needed with him to fix it. He was polite and helpful with identifying future maintenance issues.

Our 25+ yr old garage door springs and cables were broken. Jesse inspected the door, and recommended multiple options to fix the problem. He also convinced us to upgrade to a newer, quieter opener, all of which he had in the truck. He did a thorough and professional job, made sure I had tested everything and left all the instructions and contact information. During the installation, he consulted me to understand my preferences about the instllation. He also walked me through the maintenance to make sure the door keeps working smoothly for a long time. Very professional and clean job - maybe slightly expensive.

Our technician Carl was very helpful, and since we were past customers. He checked our account and offer us a deal that would benefit us in the future if we were to have any issues with our garage

Precision in Bellevue WA is who came out to take a look at our non-functioning door. The appt. was made the day before, so let’s start there! Speedy service and the crew kept in touch with me via texts and when they were out thirty minutes from arrival. Upon arrival Justin was very informative, listened well and then really gave me all the options for a new motor. Jake was there as well and once we decided they got straight to work. Now mind you, this was at 4pm. There was a part of me that thought they would tell me “this is the problem and we can come back out in a week”. However, that didn’t happen! They installed a new motor and new wheels in about an hour! The new door is so quiet and the lights are extra bright compared to the old Craftsman we used to have. I could not be happier to recommend Precision and especially Justin and Jake! Thanks so much!
