Precision Garage Door Service came highly recommended so when our garage door needed replacing we called them. They were able to install the door on a Saturday. Chris Hannah worked hard and did an amazing job of installing the door. He went over and above in the details of installing the door. Chris’ professionalism and attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. This is an excellent company.

Justin provided Great service, friendly, prompt & quick! A bit disappointed , I thought it was pretty expensive though More than 1/3 the amount I expected when I had this happen seven years ago, it was less than half the amount For a broken spring and cable. Would definitely recommend them for friendliness response, prompt service, but I thought they were pretty expensive for what needed to be done.

Meric and Dakota came to repair/service our garage door/opener. It ended up needing an extensive repair. They gave us three options and provided their recommended option which is the one we chose. Their customer service was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. They called to ask if they could come early, they were very professional and were able to explain what repairs we needed in a way that was easy to understand. And, they were able to fix the door that day which was a plus! I put “not sure” on the price because other companies I called charged service fees to come out and then price ranges depending on what might be wrong. The price I paid to Precision fell within those price ranges, so I felt it was probably okay. It did seem high but only because I had no idea how bad a shape our door was in…and we had never had the door serviced (it was about 20 years old).
