We had a great experience, start to finish. We got a new door installed to replace the original carriage door on our Craftsman home. They were super helpful and thoughtful while explaining our options. They got us our estimate right away. The installation went super smoothly, they also made sure the door was a great fit with a clean seal around the outside, which took some extra work with it being an older home. We'd absolutely recommend them.

Christopher was delightful to work with. On time and answered all questions. Quickly replaced door springs, torsion cable, drums and bearings. Will definitely use Precision Door services again.

I worked with Taylor Rieben who came to my house twice. On the first visit, he provided a detailed assessment of the door repairs (moderate) that were needed, and gave me options of which openers would make the most sense. He was generous with time and very knowledgeable. While the equipment did cost more than if I bought it at Home Depot, he explained why it was better (not assembled from short tracks that are clipped together, etc). On the second visit, today, he spent about 5 hours doing the work. Fixing both doors, replacing 30 year old weather stripping, installing both openers, and helping me set up the MyQ app. I was delighted with his service. The openers are quiet & will work when we lose power. Both visits were on the weekend, which was very convenient for me. I believe Precision Garage Door will be there if I need them in the future. Communication with their service was superb.
