A couple of weeks before Justin, the tech, visited, I had received a coupon in the mail from Precision offering a $29.95 special price for a tune-up. Precision had installed the automatic door opener over five years ago, and I had noticed some difficulty—jittering—as it attempted to close. I understood that a tech's visit might result in further charges for parts and maintenance. On the scheduled day, Justin phoned at 7:30 to tell me he was on his way and would arrive at 8:05, exactly when he arrived. After his inspection, he showed me a list of recommended repairs. I accepted and asked if he would schedule another visit. He said he had all the materials in his truck and went right to work. He pointed out that the one spring might have been original and replaced it with two; new ball-bearing rollers; added support for the springs. I'd say he worked for about two hours, including clean up. Door works perfectly and is noticeably quieter.

No other company had the type of door that we needed and the right color let alone the best price. Every team member went the extra mile to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect.
