First of all, I wasn’t expecting to get an appointment so early in the day, so that was a pleasant surprise. Like many people when things go wrong it’s at an inconvenient time to do so. It is horrifying to see your garage door fall off the track when you’re leaving to go to work. I got a phone call from Rydge within about 15 mins after I contacted their customer service and he was there within 45 mins. He was very polite and showed me where things went wrong. It made me realize how fortunate I am that it didn’t go worse. I would recommend this business based solely off of Rydge’s knowledge and ability to do all the repairs safely and efficiently. I will do a lot of things DYI but garage doors are one thing I won’t mess with. Thank you for sending a knowledgeable technician who has great customer service skills.

Precision installed a garage door opener for us in 2009. The keyless entry pad stopped working and I called Precision. They were able to fit me in that after noon and the technician arrived on time. He inspected the door and suggested maintenance and a lube, plus replacement of the keyless entry pad. He also suggested a general replacement of the springs and a safety line as a separate job which I can do later. The technician was great and took time to answer my questions. It was also nice to get at 10% discount as a repeat customer. I have to admit that I was set back by the price of the new pad considering that it is a duplicate of the pad that it replaced. I would recommend them generally/.

Amazing experience. Called them yesterday and they came out today to replace my older Genie motor with a new Genie model. Josh Pinkerton quickly installed the new motor and 2 tension springs replacing the single tension spring I had before. The new motor is great and very quiet and has a belt driven system compared to the old motor that used a threaded steel rod.
