Meric and Dakota came to repair/service our garage door/opener. It ended up needing an extensive repair. They gave us three options and provided their recommended option which is the one we chose. Their customer service was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. They called to ask if they could come early, they were very professional and were able to explain what repairs we needed in a way that was easy to understand. And, they were able to fix the door that day which was a plus! I put “not sure” on the price because other companies I called charged service fees to come out and then price ranges depending on what might be wrong. The price I paid to Precision fell within those price ranges, so I felt it was probably okay. It did seem high but only because I had no idea how bad a shape our door was in…and we had never had the door serviced (it was about 20 years old).

I was seriously so impressed with the service we received today from Precision Garage Doors. Matthew did exactly what he said he would and made sure we knew how everything worked afterwards. After having a few headaches with different types of contractors it was a breath of fresh air to have such a positive and easy experience. We absolutely love the result!

I scheduled the repair online the day before. Nathan arrived at the very beginning of my service window. I received a text about an hour before Nathan was to arrive, and a call about 30 minutes in advance. Nathan clearly knew what he was doing, was both personable and professional, and presented a couple of options. It was a lot more expensive than I assumed ($1,200 for new cables and springs; free financing for 12 months), but I have nothing to compare that to, so the cost may simply be the norm.
