Kurt the tech who fixed my garage door was running ahead and was able to stop around 1pm instead of the 4-8pm window which was hugely helpful. A win/win for both of us. He was done in 30 minutes with sensor replacement & rail repair. He also checked over the opener and lubed up all the hinges, springs and cables. I had an appt at 2 so I had plenty of time to get where I needed to go and hopefully Kurt was able to get home at a good time.

Called for preventive maintenance. With 10 year old doors my experience says that the possibility of problems upcoming is great. I decided to get things adjusted as needed. Kurt, the tech was great. Checked my doors, quoted his recommended repairs from what he called needed now and needed in the future and walked me through it all. I decided to get the doors adjusted, springs replaced and repaired. The entire service took about 90 minutes and the doors are quiet and solid. Very pleased.
