Recently after a minor mishap between our car and the garage door, we were in quick need of repair. We called Precision in Madison and while it was too late to get someone out on the same day, they were able to get someone out the next day. Our technician Bill was very knowledgable and polite, and had our garage door back in shape in an hour. He had a great disposition even though he was working in very cold weather. We were very pleased with the service and price, and would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

My garage door motor stopped working with my car inside the garage. I have an old home so there is limited space to move around the parked car to open it manually. A worker named Bill came on Saturday, opened the door and evaluated the problem. Problem was a very old machine running the door. (1994). I thought he was returning on Monday, but instead, he called and came over on Sunday. He did a thorough, complete job. He showed me how to use it, oiled things, etc. I thought the price and warranty were very good. I was pleased with the speed, thoroughness, friendliness, and cost of my problem!
