My old garage door was in need of servicing and I lost the remote. Craig, the technician from Precision, was pleasant to work with, very professional, thorough, and explained everything that was needed to get my garage door in excellent working condition. I would definitely work with Precision and Craig, if I need any further work done on my garage door.

We had replaced the garage door spring years ago and the door started creaking. We called Precision because they did such a great job with the spring and to ask, what's up? Guess what it just needed adjusted but the rollers were full of dirt and not turning well so we decided to get new rollers. It was quick easy and way less expensive than we thought it would be, you never know if you are going to have to replace the whole thing. Call sooner than later before something major breaks- it helps.

Kurt came to our home. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We are extremely happy with the results. Great job!
