I replaced my new single car garage door without the once familiar top panel windows. Several weeks after, I decided I miss those little windows and ordered a new top panel. A more heavy-duty spring had to be swapped as well. Of course it was extra money, but it was an upgrade after all. Today the new widowed panel looks great and I'm so pleased. Shawn and the previous guys were friendly and respectful. Shawn made a door adjustment and the bottom rubber sits closer to the uneven concrete which made me so happy. We heard a noise near a track roller before work began. After, he adjusted that too. So the door movement is smooth and quiet, it sits better when closed and the windows really makes my door special. Good work from beginning to the end. Thank you Precision!!

Jax pinpointed my problems with my remote control and garage door panel within 5-10 minutes. He installed a new control panel within a half an hour. Throughout the process, he was professional and cordial. I would recommend him and Precision to anyone.

Garage door cable snapped on a Monday morning, tried calling out usual garage door repairmen (the ones who built the garage) but I got no answer three times I tried. The next place was a A.I. phone system that said I would be connected to the next available representative, I hung up, it seemed like I was not going to talk to someone local. The next place I tried, the same EXACT SYSTEM, my same reaction. Called Precision, a very nice local dispatcher answered and got someone scheduled to me by the afternoon. Scott, the repairman called shortly afterwards and said his noon appointment cancelled and asked if he could come over early. I said he could and was at our location in 15 minutes to start work. He and his assistant fixed the door and made some much needed improvements suggested by him that the other company never addressed and finished by 1:30 p.m. Excellent work done quickly and had all the parts on the truck, so need to make any trips back to the warehouse or anywhere. Very pleased with the whole overall process: phone answering, appointment schedule, arrival time, ability to fix the problem the first time, speed and price! Nice job done! Precision Door will be our new garage door repair/maintenance people for a long time if they continue like this! A+++±++.

Very pleased with service and results. Joseph arrived promptly. First given a 4 hour window. Email narrowed to 2 hours. He communicated he was on his way in 25 minutes at the start of the window. Precision was the third company we had come to repair our garage door. Finally we now have a quiet efficient working door. Price may have been high but it has been worth it.
