After full consideration , I have to give out the five star review to this company. From start to finish everything went better than I expected. We have owned this home for twenty years and have had many contractors come work throughout our time here. It is very easy to say.This was the best experience of them all. The wife got an emergency call at 4:00 in the morning and was about to leave when she forgot something in the house and did not put the vehicle back into park all the way and the SUV rolled into the garage door, still in drive. The repair technician, Craig came first to assess our situation. He showed me why we had to get a new door and got my broken door to work while we waited for the new door to come in. Todd , the salesman was very honest and explained the best door for me after telling him what I wanted. Shaun, the door installer could not have been more professional and easy to talk to. He said it will take about three hours and it took three hours. The concrete is not level on one side of the door and he stuffed styrofoam rod backer into the bottom seal, to make it seal perfect to the lower concrete. All seals are perfect across the top and sides as well. From inside , you can see no light gaps. Each one of them texted a picture of themselves and called me before they arrived. I have beeb given every reason to recommend this business.

Was able to mar an appointment same day. Communication was great. Not only did our service tech know immediately what another company did wrong. He knew how to fix it properly and didn’t try and oversell us unnecessary services. Ahmad is AMAZING and deserves a raise. He was professional, friendly, made things clear and did phenomenal work.
