The bar that was attached to my overhead garage door and to the motor that lifts the door completely ripped out of the door. I called Precision and from the moment they answered the phone they were very professional. I was scheduled for later that afternoon with Mario. He actually called me and arranged to come earlier. He was extremely nice and finished the work within 30 minutes. He also checked out my door and said everything else looked fine. I thought the fee I was charged was very reasonable and if I should ever have another issue I would certainly call Precision again. Thank you!

Craig, the technician from Precision, was pleasant to work with, very professional, thorough, and explained everything that was needed to get my garage door in excellent working condition. I would definitely work with Precision and Craig, if I need any further work done on my garage door.

The spring broke on our garage door, Very surprised they responded on a Sunday to do the repair, (no weekend or after hours surcharge). Service Technician Ahmad arrived on time and explained the best course for the repair, two new springs, and replacing all three bearings. Although a bit of sticker shock at the price, I authorized the repairs. Ahmad was extremely fast in doing the work, he also lubricated everything that needed it, adjusted the door and garage door opener belt. Excellent workmanship, by a very knowledgeable and competent technician. I asked if they offered a Veteran's discount, which they did. The discount helped ease the pain of the service repair bill. Overall happy with the repair, warranty, and appreciated the Veteran's discount I would call Precision again if needed!
