Matt arrived early, worked quickly, and had sound advice for the correct way to fix the broken spring on my garage door. On top of that, I was able to get an appointment less than 24hrs from when I broke the spring. I would recommend Precision without a doubt.

After checking online sites and reviews I contacted Precision Garage Door late night 12/23 because my door would not open. An appointment was scheduled for early morning on 12/24. Matt arrived when expected. After checking the door he thoroughly explained his findings and recommendations. Regrettably, they do not perform repairs on the "Easy Set" garage door opener system. He was very informative and educated me enough to know what I should tell any additional companies that I contacted. It has a broken spring but because of limited head room he was unable to put in a new tension system.

Very disappointed with follow up customer service. The tech came out to service an on going issue we have, which yet had not been resolved. (2nd time at our house). He called and said he didn’t see the problem, wanted to know what card we wanted to charge for call. Said was not informed that there would be a charge when we scheduled call. He said rudely, “gave a good day”, then hung up us. Problem still not resolved. Guess we just have to live with our mistake of using this company. We had spent a large amount of money with them already. Will not recommend.

Our issue was immediately addressed by the company. Person came out and fixed our problems within 1/2 hour. Percussion lived up to their 100% satisfaction guarante. We are very pleased with their work and service. Our garage door runs great!

I requested opener repair, and received an opener replacement. Tech was very direct, uncaring and non-customer driven. When he returned to repair the install he had just performed, his humanity changed for the better. When you price HIGH, customers expect HIGH quality! I think next time, I'll lean toward a more local company.

Did the online chat before I had them come out to get an idea of what the cost would be for a repair. Either the person I talked to had no idea what they were talking about or they neglected to mention what was all involved. Had a rough estimate of what the cost would be so I scheduled them to come out. Turns out my “rough” estimate of 150 turned out to be a 425 bill. The work done was great but the person I chatted with online really needs to be better versed in what is needed for repairs or say they can not give any kind or estimate until the tech arrives. And seriously $150 to adjust the tension on the springs?!?! At this time I would not recommend and point people to overhead door in Madison.

Was disapointed in the quality of the hardware, thought I was supposed to get steel rollers and they were nylon. Also the tech tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my opener and all I had to do was unlock the control switch.

Same day service to fix our broken garage door. Jason called half hour before arrival and was there at the beginning of the 2 hour arrival window given at the time we booked. He explained everything well and replaced our 23 year old spring hardware, cables and rollers with the lifetime package. Excellent service performed on time for a good price. Can't do better than that!
