The spring broke on our garage door, Very surprised they responded on a Sunday to do the repair, (no weekend or after hours surcharge). Service Technician Ahmad arrived on time and explained the best course for the repair, two new springs, and replacing all three bearings. Although a bit of sticker shock at the price, I authorized the repairs. Ahmad was extremely fast in doing the work, he also lubricated everything that needed it, adjusted the door and garage door opener belt. Excellent workmanship, by a very knowledgeable and competent technician. I asked if they offered a Veteran's discount, which they did. The discount helped ease the pain of the service repair bill. Overall happy with the repair, warranty, and appreciated the Veteran's discount I would call Precision again if needed!

We had replaced the garage door spring years ago and the door started creaking. We called Precision because they did such a great job with the spring and to ask, what's up? Guess what it just needed adjusted but the rollers were full of dirt and not turning well so we decided to get new rollers. It was quick easy and way less expensive than we thought it would be, you never know if you are going to have to replace the whole thing. Call sooner than later before something major breaks- it helps.
