The spring broke on our garage door, Very surprised they responded on a Sunday to do the repair, (no weekend or after hours surcharge). Service Technician Ahmad arrived on time and explained the best course for the repair, two new springs, and replacing all three bearings. Although a bit of sticker shock at the price, I authorized the repairs. Ahmad was extremely fast in doing the work, he also lubricated everything that needed it, adjusted the door and garage door opener belt. Excellent workmanship, by a very knowledgeable and competent technician. I asked if they offered a Veteran's discount, which they did. The discount helped ease the pain of the service repair bill. Overall happy with the repair, warranty, and appreciated the Veteran's discount I would call Precision again if needed!

Craig was thorough in explaining everything including why I should replace some of the parts that still seemed to be working. He genuinely wanted to fix my door so I would not need more service in the near future. My door works quieter and smother than it has worked in a while.

Mario Velez, the Service Technician who repaired my garage door issue (a roller and metal plate fell off) had a big smile on his face when I opened my front door! He is a skilled Technician, was quite prompt (he came well before my time block), gave me three repair options, showed me other repair issues, and answered all my questions!
