The bar that was attached to my overhead garage door and to the motor that lifts the door completely ripped out of the door. I called Precision and from the moment they answered the phone they were very professional. I was scheduled for later that afternoon with Mario. He actually called me and arranged to come earlier. He was extremely nice and finished the work within 30 minutes. He also checked out my door and said everything else looked fine.
