Garage door cable snapped on a Monday morning, tried calling out usual garage door repairmen (the ones who built the garage) but I got no answer three times I tried. The next place was a A.I. phone system that said I would be connected to the next available representative, I hung up, it seemed like I was not going to talk to someone local. The next place I tried, the same EXACT SYSTEM, my same reaction. Called Precision, a very nice local dispatcher answered and got someone scheduled to me by the afternoon. Scott, the repairman called shortly afterwards and said his noon appointment cancelled and asked if he could come over early. I said he could and was at our location in 15 minutes to start work. He and his assistant fixed the door and made some much needed improvements suggested by him that the other company never addressed and finished by 1:30 p.m. Excellent work done quickly and had all the parts on the truck, so need to make any trips back to the warehouse or anywhere. Very pleased with the whole overall process: phone answering, appointment schedule, arrival time, ability to fix the problem the first time, speed and price! Nice job done! Precision Door will be our new garage door repair/maintenance people for a long time if they continue like this! A+++±++.

I was able to call on a Sunday and set an appointment for the next day. What started as a problem with the remotes turned out to be a detached wire, which was fixed. My remotes were ANCIENT, and I got two new ones. The track and rollers were a rusty mess, and he was able to repair/replace them in a jiffy. Cost more than I expected at the time, BUT I got all the options explained and decided to get it fixed earlier rather than later.

Joseph was fantastic He fixed my loud squeaky clanking door that I thought might brake down at any time and made it so quiet I can actually hear if my dogs are in the garage Thank You Mr Dishwa

The technician, Joseph was very accommodating, knowledgeable and did wonderful job on the installation of the equipment we needed to replace. Highly recommend!

Mario, the technician, was very kind and professional. The door works great now. The reason for giving us only 4 stars is the price. VERY expensive!!!
