    When I selected Precision from the web on a late Friday afternoon I called and got an appointment for that Monday. The technician arrived on-time to see right away what I was unable to know (while trying everything to make the door to come down) - this door was installed 25+ year ago, I only started living here in 2007. The door is heavy and old, the wiring, sensors, brackets and cables were rotted and rusted and dirty. When he quoted the price $870 I was shocked but had to fix the door. The technician Ahmad Perkins explained and showed me how it all works, what to watch for and even answered all my questions. I thought I had broken the opener on the wall and disturbed the wiring, but it was just old wear & tear. Ahmad also said to watch for the spring, the only thing we didn't replace showing me how to manually open and close the door should the spring break. A bit pricey but I got quality workmanship and very helpful and smart technician.
